I have been here a lot and every time is a 50/50 experience. Food is fine most of the time but I will be there at 3 in the afternoon and it’s not busy at all but stand there waiting forever for someone to help me. I always order online but what’s the use if I’m standing there waiting for someone to come. The staff is nice but that’s the only issue is the wait. I ordered three meals and a chocolate milk shake from the drive-thru. When I got the shake it was white. I told them it was supposed to chocolate. The guy in the drive thru insisted it was chocolate. I drove off, taking a sip of the milkshake. It was flavorless and didn't taste like chocolate (or vanilla for that matter). So, I went inside, spoke to the manager, Jordan Santos, who remade the shake. It was still white and flavorless. He insisted it was correct and that it came 'premixed' so an error would be impossible. I left. Not satisfied, I went to the next nearest Whataburger (Wells Branch) and ordered a chocolate shake. It was made perfectly brown in color with a chocolate flavor. I then took BOTH shakes back to the E. Parmer location to let the manager know that is indeed a mishap with their machine or error in his assumption that there was nothing wrong with the shake machine. I asked for a refund. He refused. I asked for him to remake the shake to at least a vanilla to give to someone else. He refused. I told him that I had to spend extra time, money and gas to go get another shake made the way it should have been and he said, "I've already replaced it and I'm not doing it again. You can call customer service. " I left the white, flavorless shake on the counter and left. Jordan Santos lacks customer service as well as common sense to tell chocolate from vanilla just by looking at it.

Everytime I called them to confirm my order and tell them not to forget thw cheese this time they hang up on me, about 5 times now 2 diffrent days, same day of thw week diffrent weeks

Amazing service! Joshua helped the cashier customize my burger. The drive thru was packed lobby packed and King and Jonovyn knocked the lobby crowd down totally unfazed, fast and then quickly cleaned the lobby. You can tell when you have a great manager because Joshua set the chill tone for the rest of the staff! Lovely seen! You guys did that!

10/11/2024 Update:
I waited a total of 47 mins to get my lunch! You know.. most people have 1 hour for lunch, this is not acceptable! How can I frequent this establishment? Or even recommend my co-workers?

I have visited multiple times, since I work down the street from this Whataburger location. Breakfast or lunch, no matter what time of the day.. their drive-thru is slower than any other Whataburger location I have visited. I cannot sit in the drive thru for 23 minutes at 6:00AM with 2 cars in line. I see cars behind me just take off, because the drive thru is too slow.
