I am a native Texan visiting from Guam and usually am forced to go 1-2 years between Whataburger visits. Yall need to open a whataburger in Guam! Arrived on crutches with a cast to my lower leg. Makayla took my custom order with multiple requests with a smile and not a hint of irritation that I wanted extras and grilled onions. She brought the food to my table and got me completely set up with condiments....

They’re always busy so if you’re in a rush go to the drive thru but if you have a second to wait they have a great environment. Their workers are great. I go every other night just for some to drink or some snack on. They always make you feel welcome. Dashers always frustrate so I think they can improve on getting online orders out faster but other than that one of the best places for a midnight snack, meal or chill area. ( I don’t go during the day so I can’t tell you...

Food always takes forever even if I order online before arriving. The service very slow to help. This has been my experience regardless of the time of day I've visited (morning, afternoon, evening all similar). The food itself is about standard Whataburger, which is decent. Very nice interior though much better than I'm used to for this chain.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrances are either sidewalk level or have ramps and there is plenty of space...
