Jeremy B at this Whataburger is an absolute legend. They’re taking orders, directing traffic, running out food, and still smiling like it’s a walk in the park. Meanwhile, at that other fast food joint with all the “My pleasure” nonsense, Jeremy’s actually the pleasure. He’s not just serving burgers – he’s running the show. If you haven’t experienced his superhuman abilities, you’re missing out. J-dawg for the win!

They don’t respect your time here. I placed a mobile order. It said to arrive between 9:03pm - 9:06pm. I get there at 9:05pm and check in. 20 min later I’m still waiting for my food. I saw 4 other cars pull-up to the window, pay, wait, get their food and drive off. I eventually had to call the store and ask where my food was.

Major bummer to wait 20+ minutes for food (at 8pm) and then you get home and they didnt include any of your ketchup or sauce, that you made a point to ask for. I feel like that’s bare minimum service. I know working in fast food is a thankless job, and I feel for you all, but it’s not hard to throw a sauce on the damn bag haha

I get to the Whataburger drive-through at 2 AM. I am told that There’s going to be a 30 minute wait. I tell them that’s fine and I am not joking when I say this, it took them over an hour to give me my order in the drive-through. The employee in the drive-through was very kind when I was eventually brought my food. I made it known that I was not happy and I was very upset that cars that were behind me were getting food before I was and not waiting is nearly as wrong long, I did not order a large order. The employee with the glasses and blonde hair was very kind and apologized. They were about the only good thing out of the experience. She let me know that they were short staffed. I wasn’t gonna write this until I went to open my cinnamon roll and it was still frozen ?!

The guy Ezra is a fantastic employee he goes above and beyond to get the orders out at night. I don't think this store would survive without his hard work and customer service. Give this man a raise !!!!

Burger was decent. Big portion size. Fries and onion rings were better than expected. Got meal on pick up and service was slow as expected.

Always terrible, every couple years I forget and try it again. Never fails to disappoint. 35 minute wait., had to park dI had a burger and a Taquito. Overcooked yet room temp.
