First time ever at a whatabutger. Service was bad. The guy at the window was clueless on what I ordered. Was the only person there and still waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. Forgot some items too. Come on man!

Girl in drive thru was very nice, the young dude taking orders was probably high because no person should be that brain dead while working. Many things wrong with order and he forgot I was at the window because he had AirPods in.

Food is tastes great! But please please!!! Change your gloves after you’ve touched too many burgers also put paper under the burgers don’t make them on the same counter that’s your wiped down with a wet rag

Loved WHATABURGER for my first time visiting. The location was right off the highway and main avenue. The entire syaff was friendly and so was the manager as well. She has an amazing smile.
She recommended the best burgers they have on the menu and made our food with love and care. Plenty of parking in the lot. Location was clean and not too busy that day. Bathrooms are clean.
Thank you very much for having us and can't wait to come back and have another great meal.

Worst Whataburger location i have ever seen! The place smelled dirty and looked dirty. Cashier was nasty looking, scratching his head, and then putting his fingers into each cup he gave me instead of grabbing from the bottom of the cups. He then started scratching his head again and taking the fries out of the fryer and putting them into pouches without washing his hands. I then told them that I was done and wanted a refund and was not going to eat here. I told the manager exactly why, and he apologized, but his cashier started to talk bad about us to his coworkers and then to other guests dining in the restaurant as he pointed us out. This place is disgusting! They hire disgusting people who don't think to be clean! I drove to the I35 location and found that they were completely different and clean with all employees wearing gloves. Go somewhere else! Do not eat at this location!!!

Can't say I've been a frequent visitor over the years, but I have indulged in their breakfast items after hours. In comparison to some egregious pricing with some other options available at the hour, Whataburger still kills it. Aside from the a budget friendly menu, Caitlin (hope I'm not butchering her name) is a rockstar at the window! Always a pleasant experience, but even more so when she's around!
