Great spot to stop for a quick bite that is full of flavor!!
Whataburger is my favorite burger place in the world, let alone Austin. The staff are always super friendly and the food is unbeatable. The Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger is my preferred choice (highly recommend), but everything I've had there has been equally as good.
It’s a classic! Food at this location comes out great. The employees are friendly. The service isn’t the fastest in the west by any means. Be careful when entering from Frontage Rd/Ben White: there is a nasty curb that’s hard to spot while entering the parking lot. I’m a very astute driver yet I nearly damaged my car on this curb, and watched several other drivers run over it by accident.Pro tip: create an account for nice rewards!

This is by far the worst Whataburger I ever been to. Not only is the food terrible let me tell you about the customer service. It is understandable that places are short staffed and mistakes can be made but what’s not acceptable is the way your Ms. Jan (the manager) belittled and treated us. Talking down to the customer is never ok. Saying “Go back where you came from!” is very disgusting and an employee like that has no place nor should be working for a company so big as Whataburger. I would definitely be contacting corporate because by the looks of the reviews something has to be done. Not only did we receive the wrong order. We also did not get a refund. Do better and be kind to people.
