Horrible service. I like wattaburger but this location, not as much. It's always something. I placed an online order. Got there. It wasn't ready. After waiting over 45 to even get to the window ( the drive thru set up did not allow me to just pull out so you have to wait until you get to a certain spot yo pull off) my order was still not ready. I literally witnessed only 3 orders ho out in 45 minutes. People were still waiting inside and out from when I pulled up. Asked yo just cancel the order and not one person knew how to. The manager told me they don't no anything about the app. So after another 10 minutes finally he offered a refund. Not only did I not get my good, it took my entire break, and I ended up eith a hunger headache. I have never experienced this from any other location but it's always something at this location. They have lost me as a customer.

It’s a whataburger so my expectations are low, but the last FIVE times I have come here for a #13 chicken tender combo they’ve not given me my Texas toast AND 2 out of those five times they gave me ranch dressing instead of gravy? Who the hell eats chicken tenders with salad dressing? This location sucks HARD

We like Whataburger since moving to TX. However this location not so much. I pull in as the only car on the lot. However, they still ask me to pull forward after payin to wait on my food which I didnt like. The facilities need an upgrade in my opinion compared to other locations and faster service. Customer service was nice overall though.

placed my order ahead cause I get off work at 3:30pm from south ATX and have to head north. I get here at 3:53pm and they still don't have the order ready and they told me to wait. What's the point of ordering ahead if y'all not gonna have the order ready when I get here. This will be my last time ever coming here. The order was literally a Cobb salad and a tea

My first visit inside this store, was not greeted, the lovely lady with purple hair was not happy with being there or maybe it was me idk, either way leave your problems at home, food was excellent. Don't get hello, you're welcome, nothing, so much for that Texas hospitality we tried keeping alive.

Completed an online order when I was in Cameron, still had to wait over 20 mins. Burger was not correct and did not give gravy with chicken strips. This has always been the slowest whataburger and it’s a joke with our friends as to how long the wait will be. This is our last time stopping there.
