I am having a rough day. My grandmother is passing and I needed biscuits and gravy from Whataburger. It is by far the best fast food biscuits and gravy, even better than a lot of restaurants. What prompted me though to leave this review is the outstanding service we received from Arianna. She was a bright spot in my morning. I really appreciated her, more than she knows. You all got a keeper at this location... Treat her well.

They told us to pull up to line one and the lady who went to give us our bag of food ask what drinks we got ,we told her and she just threw our bag of food at us and storm away with an attitude , I felt disrespected with the rudeness she gave us

Food extremely cold! I just want to go here & not have to come home & heat my burger in the microwave. The fries were so old had to throw away. This seems.to happen alllll the time. Sooo DISAPPOINTED! I hate to have to stop going. I mean literally anytime I go to a Wataburger I have to heat my food up!

I placed my order and I clearly said no onions, no pickles, the number one combo meal with cheese. She repeated the order back to me (the number one combo with cheese no onions no pickles). I said correct…. When I get back to my work location, why is the burger loaded with onions and has pickles? The fries are old and cold!!!!

This location wasn’t busy inside when we dined in around 6:00 on a Friday. The drive-thru was more popular. The food was great. We got it quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
