They gave someone else my order and just expected me to eat somebody else’s order. I will never come to this Whataburger again.

If you stop by this location make sure you have at least 20mins to waste since they have never once gotten food out in a reasonable amount of time. Don't bother with curbside because 9 times out of 10 they don't even come out, and more than once I've gone in only for them to have to remake my order because they handed it out to the wrong person. And the drive thru is barely any quicker so RIP to anyone expecting their fast food to be fast

Nothing wrong with food. Its the long line that gets me everytime. But I suppose thats almost all Whataburgers. Probably best just to get your mobile order inside, or curbside.

The over night staff is awesome I've been going there for the past 4 years they assisted me with meals just conversating from time it's just not a fast food it place you can go sit n eat enjoy your surroundings because the staff are kind respectful they go out there way to assist customers

Went thru the drive thru and the cashier was polite confirmed the order double check to make everything was correct. She even was extremely professional to get me a different sweet tea from another container to ensure satisfaction.

I usually enjoy dining at Whataburger and have had many positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, today was very different. When I arrived, I was not greeted with a friendly welcome. The manager, Jesus, showed no smile or acknowledgment—just a blank stare and a monotone voice, which felt uninviting.
Later, when I noticed my Coke had too much carbonation, I politely asked for a new cup rather than simply refilling at the fountain. Instead of addressing the issue or acknowledging my request, the manager walked off toward the back without saying anything.
Customer service is a cornerstone of this industry, and managers should set the tone for a welcoming environment. In this case, I felt dismissed and ignored, which is disappointing given Whataburger’s usual standards.

Burger was cold cheese not melted veggies seemed fresh enough .

Messed up my order 3 times. Gentleman making the burger was extremely rude and even questioned if I was telling the truth about my order until I told them I have my receipt. Took almost 20 minutes. Poor attitudes poor service. Cursing in the food making area. Super unprofessional workplace.

I'm been standing here for 25 minutes waiting for my simple breakfast order. The place is not the cleanest and it seems like a third of the people working here are new because they don't know what they are doing, don't come here if you are in a rush

After two people told me my online order was being worked on only after I got out my car in the drive thru did a manager notice my order was not in the system. She made the order immediately but two lies took my entire lunch break up. Found out later from other coworkers it kept happening to other customers.

2nd time food was forgotten..my orders are small too. Just trying to get some food after a long night at work i work the same industry so I get it but damn man.

Whatever lady was working 10/12 at 2pm was extremely rude. We were waiting in the drive thru she never answered so I went inside to ask what was going on. No explanation no sorry she looked like she didn’t care to be there and had the most unprofessional attitude and sullen expressions.
I will never come back to this location again.
