No matter how many times you ask they won’t help with anything went twice this week spoke about my buns being toasted twice and even with a manger present I managed to only get one toasted bun while my other patty melt bun was white I called and they seemed like they don’t care and they probably don’t that’s a HUGE RED FLAG I’m scared of eating this locations food now knowing that they literally don’t GIVE A F

I just pick up food there for deliveries the staff was great 👍
Lady who was taking my order was very rude and rushing me. Had to repeat what I wanted more than once because she would cut me off before I finished what I was saying. They took forever to open the window so I could pay and I got home to a hot, not cold dr.pepper. like it was sitting there all day. I know when you pour soda into a cup it already comes out cold. Mine was not cold but hot. I only got one soda the others where shakes so when I just counted the cups to make sure everyone had a drink I thought it was fine. No need to take it out of the drink carrier just to check. But now I guess just to play it safe I'll be making sure not only the food is all there but the drinks are actually drinkable.

This Whataburger was really impressive because under the supper rush they handle it cool calm and collective but the way that they treated their customers what's the most important part they treated them with respect with compassion and with Earnest courtesy play Rock......med Banana Shake!!!!THANKS SO MUCH !!; 🙏👍😁
