Unacceptable. I went for a breakfast meal and they forgot to put in the hash browns. Horrible service not the type of service I expect from a

Forgot the bacon & cheese on my burger. Whataburger in general messes up orders.
I go here regularly, and enjoy the friendly staff and actually reasonably priced food in an otherwise fairly expensive town. I often sit down for a good hour or two to have a long dinner and draw.
In the last month, they remodeled. It's the new trendy new style of remodel that a lot of fast food places do, where they replace any vague semblance of personality with nothing but eye-piercingly white surfaces, and the coldest, brightest fluorescent lights known to man. That made vegging out here a lot less pleasant, but whatever.
What I'm really writing this review about is the fact that I got food poisoning here; I had a Monterrey Melt combo on 2/4 at ~10:00 PM, and I woke up at ~2 AM with horrible stomach pain... The intrusive thoughts are telling me to upload the photo I took of the colorful, vibrant, bell-pepper colored vomit it produced, but... I'll spare y'all. I didn't eat much else that day, and it happened so quickly after having dinner here, I don't see how it could've been anything else.
Still feel a little queasy. I honestly feel a little sorry to even post this review, as I love the people there, but between those two things I just don't see myself ever coming back.

Well, I didn't get to eat here because I ended up LEAVING. Completely rude Supervisor/Opening Manager Ronnie (female, apparently) really doesn't know how customer service works - I ended up leaving and calling and talking to another manager (so I think Ronnie is just a supervisor or shift lead) and then I called and spoke with the Regional Manager. So....here's what happened --- It was around 6am or so, and raining. I was the only person in the drivethru - I stopped at the speaker but it was raining and they have no overhead owning so I drove to the window. Here, I was ignored by the employee bagging up drink trays at the front counter even though she saw me, and then ignored by her again after I knocked on the window. Then "Ronnie" came to the window, Reluctantly opened it with a look of complete disapproval and said "Yeah?" kinda rudely. Then I politely plead my case - saying that it was raining and I didn't want to get all rainied on so I was hoping they could take my order at the window. Ronnie then had to have some power trip I guess and was really nasty to me when she said "Well, I'll serve you this time because you're the only one in the drive thru." But her tone and the look on her face were completely disprespectful - everything about that interaction was. I said "The hospitality here sucks and I will be talking to the manager!" She said "Yep." and I drove off. Then I had calls to make and this review to write. The regional manger told me she was spoken to about this, and apologized that he would be losing me as a customer, because I told him - as long as this person unfit to be in that Supervisor garb is still working there then I will never eat at that location again. He understood, but she will still work there, because, well - when you get that bright blue Supervisor shirt it means you have been there a while (a little while at least) and all these companies really care about is their gains and losses. Even though this person has no business being in customer service and they've lost my business (as well as I'm sure countless others due to this tyrant), she has more value to the company than a regular new worker, and well, companies don't want to let someone go when they need a "warm body" - that is - someone who can function in some capacity - even IF they don't know or care to treat the customer properly. That lady is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and has no business in customer service. And I encourage anyone else who has been disrespected by these deplorable types of people to go all the way to the top, because change only happens when the masses speak up -- PROOF - this lady is still going to be allowed to be a nasty disrespectful person working there, and I have gone to great lengths here to call them out and tell them it's NOT OKAY, and expose them. Fast Food service has gone down the drain mostly - but Whataburger has a REPUTATION for hospitality and friendliness, and clearly this location doesn't care about that so much.

Ordered a HBCB with extra honey butter. It came with less than the regular amount of honey butter.
Sadly, this seems to be an issue at any Whataburger I go to, so it might be a company wide practice :(
I guess they want you to shell out extra $ for the side of honey butter

Food was good but I did have to wait an extensive wait when I went to eat inside & I thought they had forgot about me after everybody there got their food & only my family was left waiting for probably 20 minutes. Even all 3 orders after me got served before us.. I could over hear the manager continuously having to redirect her team to do their jobs. Like cleaning the lobby & helping put orders together, as she should. I think the employees just need to take a bit more initiative.

Looks like an older Whataburger. It's not like the newer establishments.
Parking: Bathrooms had a keypad to get in. I assume there are folks that want to use the restroom without purchasing anything.
Kid-friendliness: Staff was very friendly.

Remodels are cool, but having enough staff to not wait 15 minutes infront of the speaker before even taking my order would be nice. Averaging 30 minutes on a 2pm Saturday is not ok. I wanted fast food, I could have sat down anywhere else and had my food and payed by now.

Took a long time to get helped at the front counter then was ignored when I was trying to ask one of the workers if I could order another item I had forgotten. My meal wasn't complete and it was wrong. Then got denied the bathroom . If it wasn't because there isn't another whataburger in walking distance I'd never come here again

Pretty much just like all the rest of the whataburgers I've ever went to. I'll take that over a lot of other places

We got a coupon for free kid’s meal, and after ordering, it turned out that we needed to pay extra because one of the choices was not included as a part of that free meal. I strongly believe they should tell customers about that before the order is placed.
