Even though I accidentally cut the bacon off my bacon cheeseburger, duh, the manager kindly gave me some bacon when I informed him of the mistake I made. I don't normally go to this whataburgeron AndersonLn, but I remembered this gentleman being very accommodating last time we came to this location.

When I told my friends that I just had InNOut, they told me I've gotta try Whataburger. And boy I am glad I did. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it is big! Totally worth the money imho. Taste great and the accompanying veggie is very fresh too. I ordered to go and don't have to wait long. Asked for extra ketchup and the staff duly obliged. So I am definitely a happy customer. 😊

It was good till it lasted till the main employee had to belittle me about using the collectible cup.. could put signs but no the broad had to try to be high and superior but I let my base know about avoiding this establishment in the future. It’s shameful..

Don’t go here at 2am, the fries aren’t even cooked all the way and my burger is one of the soggiest I’ve ever gotten. It’s October 9th today. The big girl at the window is a nice girl so I don’t want to call up there and cause a problem with anyone but oh my gosh this is disgusting. Im just going to leave this review rather than bothering anybody up there. Shake my head. 2am October 9th, I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal. Also I didn’t get any napkins in my bag. Oof. My stomach hurts right now as I’m typing this, wow.
Longest drive-through wait-time not just in Austin, but Texas. I had hoped the recent remodeling might bring a change in that, but it still takes no joke 45 minutes to get through a line of 6 cars in the drive thru. I've bailed from the waiting line more often than I've gotten an order from here.

I don't like to order chicken sandwiches from fast food places because they are often not cooked thoroughly but What A Burgers is the worst. Sandwich is completely raw in center I just about threw up. So disappointing.

This morning I went to this location and the guy that I thing is the night manager the old guy with the white hair never gives me my receipt never cleans the cup when the soda is on the side never give no napkins and fork when I get my cinnamon roll it’s a shame this is not the first time this has happened with him
