Ordered online and still waited over 15 mins after arriving. Very slow plan far ahead.

Pretty good, I wouldn’t say they are “best outside of nyc” as they claim… only spread cream cheese on one side of the bagel, toasted it a little too long and was burned. Dough is dense. nowhere to really sit inside except a few seats at high top type bar. Outdoor seating was full

The bagels are great, but for the second time in a row, the employee undercounted the number of bagels leaving me one short each time. Customers shouldn’t have to open the bag and count, should we?

Waited 20 minutes just for my order to be on the wrong and the wrong cheese not worth the wait
$9 for a bacon egg cheese. Friendly atmosphere… wait time was a while (35 min), food was okay. No disrespect to the place but there’s better options around (Einstein)

Been getting wholy bagel for the past 5 years and recently the last 3 visits there was barely any cream cheese on my bagel. An $11 BLT had barely any cream cheese. Come on.

Food's great. Service is great. The store is a little bit dirty and banged up. It could definitely use a deep clean and honestly even a paint job, but close your eyes and go the food's great. The had several tables both inside and out but one group head taken all of the chairs so we had to sit in our car to eat but not much the store can do about that.

Have been getting bagels here for six years, and last three years very consistently since we moved closer. Unfortunately, won’t be spending our money here anymore, which is a shame because we used to love it so much and brag about it, even got gift cards for Christmas from friends.
Quality has gone done, while prices have gone up. The last straw was a BEC on Bialy (I get mine with SPK and my wife gets it without)
It tasted stale. The cheese was half melted. And it cost us $30 after tax and tip.
I guess we are going to have to venture out to some new places in the city. What changed here over the past couple years where the quality went down? Have been writing it off as fluke incidences for too many time over the past year and are fine with this place :(
Please, bring it back to its old glory.
It was our first time to try Wholy Bagel. Very popular, lots of business. The staff seemed very efficient fulfilling both walk in and online orders. It’s primarily a take away place, with limited seating inside and out. Food was good. We would recommend it.

If you’re always out of jalapeño cheddar bagels and always loaded with everything bagels, why not make more jalapeño bagels and fewer everything bagels?

They had a great variety of bagels and cream cheese options. The Nova lox bagel was on point!

I had a great experience at this café that specializes in breakfast, bagels, and sandwiches. The location is convenient, and the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying a meal. Even though there was quite a line, the staff worked efficiently, and we were served surprisingly fast.
We opted for the bagels and loved the concept of building our own. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the result was absolutely delicious. The bagels themselves were fresh and flavorful, and the ingredients were of high quality. We were really happy with our meal.
Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Great service, delicious food, and a nice atmosphere – definitely worth a visit!

I was a not a patron here and will not be, so this is not a review on their food but instead on their lack of customer service skills. My 71 year old mother stopped by because she heard about their bagels. She asked to use the restroom before she even ordered or looked at the options. The person working there asked if she was going to by anything. My mother said no because she had not looked at the options yet or made up her mind about buying anything, it was her first time visiting. The woman told my mom that she could not use the restroom since she was not buying anything. I get that management often has to monitor the use of restrooms and that not all restrooms are public, but it seems rude to deny an older woman the use of one. Needless to say, she left without buying anything and therefore I will not be trying their bagels either. Human decency is still important, especially with our elders.
