Just use a sticker or write on the foil which one is the veggie patty. Especially if you change the recipe, we couldn't figure out which one is which or if you messed up, because none of the bagels had the patty we are used to. Won't come back!
Edit: Figured out that I got the veggie sausage patties (2) even though I ordered the veggie patty and therefore had trouble figuring out what's meat and what is veggie. Please mark them - that would help...

Not only is this place dingy and chaotic, today I witnessed a staff member eating a messy sandwich next to the slicer still wearing gloves as if to serve customers afterwards…. I’m all for having a break, but this doesn’t need to be done in front of customers and over prep equipment. Anyone that’s in this industry knows it goes against all food safety regulations. Perhaps the health department should swing by.
I remember now why we haven’t come back since our first visit here over a year ago.

Messed up my order and asked if I could at least have a cup of coffee while I waited to remake my order.
The will be 2 dollars please! Really?

I watched the employee making my bagel, and when she finished, she whipped it behind her with such force that it slammed into the back counter, completely smashing it.
I pointed this out to another worker, but they clearly couldn’t have cared less and didn’t offer to remake it or apologize. When I opened the bagel, it was totally flattened and ruined.
It seems this kind of deliberate mistreatment of food and indifference toward customers is acceptable at Wholy Bagel, unfortunately.

Decent bagels, staff is possibly the slowest in the world. Two bagels took 25 minutes

Omg, this is the bagel shop you want for real, kettle boiled, New York bagels! They have Taylor Ham! Taylor Ham here in Texas! So obviously they've got the best breakfast sandwiches in town! And also over a dozen house made cream cheese flavors! 10 out of 10 would snack again!

A regular stop after basketball on the weekends. Bustling bagel shop. Id recommend ordering online if taking out. They get busy quickly.

Arguably the best bagels in TX.
Staff are a bunch of young privileged kids that don't know a single thing about customer service.
Their over complicated POS system confuses the staff and for some reason every time I ask to have bacon added to a bagel with cream cheese, they toast the bagel. EVEN AFTER A SAY TO NOT TOAST.
It's the little things haha. I will still be getting their bagels, because they are the best around.
