Upon my first visit, I was treated badly by the staff as they were closing at 3.00pm. After discovering, when I paid for double meat, and only getting served one portion, the staff member disregarded me, and hung up the phone. I will not be going back to this poorly run bagel shop ever again. You shouldn’t eat here.

They make their own bagels daily, which are delicious. The breakfast bagels absolutely slay, I highly recommend the hatch cream cheese.

I just got my Ruben and there’s no sauerkraut! I even asked the favor guy to confirm it’s on my sandwich and it’s not. The order tag even says it but it’s still not on my sandwich. I’m beyond disappointed.

I don’t know what’s the heck going on with my orders. If you noticed any new dudes working there don’t give a heart to give tips! Mine tasted like a dirt! I asked for a toasted well cooked breakfast egg pork bagel sandwich but it was not toasted neither the pork is cooked enough!I’m seriously shocked to share my experience today as putting the year of 2024 as ONE STAR while I’m a frequent customer to come to this place IN many years. Those dudes got to go!

The best bagels in Texas! I’m from Massachusetts and have really missed a good New England bagel- these are exactly what I’ve been missing!! Plus the people who work there are so kind and fun to talk to. I have driven half an hour out of my way and even driven an hour from home just to get these bagels. ❤️❤️❤️

Never been here before so I decided to check it out for my birthday. I got the Nova Lox and a blueberry bagel. Both were absolutely amazing. Customer service was awesome as well. I would highly recommend if bagels is your thing.

Always feels good when they ignore you because you don't line up in the right spot to give your order. Lady working the counter even took another person's order in front of me. Felt rude. Wouldn't be a big deal but the bagel breakfast sandwich I ordered felt reheated and was definitely not worth the almost $8. Won't be

Cute bagel shop with a variety of different options. They were very busy but we got our order fairly quickly. Recommend if you are in the area.

The absolute BEST bagels you'll find anywhere in Austin! High quality ingredients and high quality service. The Hill country Pecan Roast coffee is to DIE for. I love it here so much! Affordable, and incredibly delicious. Not much seating; a wall bar, two tables and two outside, most people seem to get it as takeout or mobile orders, but me and my partner enjoy sitting inside, it's all New York inside and reminds me of a little slice of home.
