My time at wicked wings on 1st and slaughter was well spent. The food is awesome and fresh, try a salad or any appetizer with the top shelf bar. You'll not be disappointed! And there's a patio outside of the bar and restaurant. You can play corn hole, a very popular game at bars and restaurants. All over Austin for example. And the actual wings are so good it's hard not to order MORE. I had a pizza that was so good it was vegetarian. A cheese pizza personal size, yet very filling. And I loved it! My daughter was pregnant and craved the wicked wings pizza just about daily. The baby was getting the good food. And is now 4years old and both of them now crave the pizza and the chicken wings. Barbecue is his favorite food and especially the wings. It's oh so pleasant to bite into. I believe your good to find multiple sauces at the restaurant. Please do yourself a favor and visit today. You will not be disappointed! Great atmosphere And you may want to check out the games indoors for a 10 $ deposit you can play. And you may WIN SOME CASH! A few years I would visit regularly, usually for pizza and wings. A year after the pandemic began Rob decided he didn't have enough help to continue making their delicious pizza.He's a nice guy with a pretty cool vibe, but I'm not 20 anymore looking for a bar to hang out at. This would be the spot if I was, and people are usually having a great time there. I'm more into the food part and just the name called my attention. Wings aren't bad at all, my issue is I want them all and the prices have gone up quite a bit. I can understand that if there's consistency.I recently went in again to check on the pizza status where I was told; they haven't been making pizza for the past year... ? It was sad to hear but at least now I know it's officially off the list. The previous time I came was 2022, I was in and out (because again no pizza). And before that 2021 at that point the pizza was already scarce so I only ordered wings and a drink. It was nice to catch up with Rob I just miss that veggie pizza.Fortunately MoD is also open late and I save $$ there (and calories since I'm not add wings to my pizza.It is called wicked wings so I guess as long as they have wings it's legit.

We were a little wary of the bad reviews, but the place had a lively and welcoming vibe when we first walked in. We ordered garlic and herb wings with tator tots and they were delicious, we absolutely devoured them. juicey and flavorful. Only one star off of the atmosphere specifically because our table was pretty sticky. Bartender had great banter with the guests and was also our waiter and despite it being pretty busy, he was very attentive. Great 80s rock playing and setting a great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back with some friends!

Definitely a hidden gem, the burgers here are outstanding. Very good chicken sandwiches and wings too. My only complaint is that they never have waffles to go with the chicken and waffles so ive yet to try it. Sauces made in house and everything is made fresh. Service is a little slow but always very friendly. The patrons never cease to make me feel at home here, which is saying something because its a bar and i dont drink.
Wicked wings located on Slaughter and South 1st. It’s a great spot to enjoy tasty wings and a few cold beers. The owner Rob has successfully created an environment that’s fun and inviting. When I’m there it feels like family. Wicked wings is the real deal it’s slowly become one of my favorite places to eat and it’s conveniently located near my house. Zach and Matt do an excellent job with the food. I encourage people to give wicked wings a try. They will earn your business .

Came on a Thursday with colleagues/ friends. Had a blast and the DJ was great playing danceable tejano and great 80's beats. I was outdanced by some older ladies!! My mom loves to dance, so thinking of taking her soon!! Take yours too!! Oh, the shrimp salad was great!

I am new to Austin and working nights, I woke up and wanted dinner somewhere close. I found this place on Google and decided to go get something to eat. I didn't realize it was a bar until I was walking up. The DJ was grooving, and I was feeling his music, so I decided to stay and eat. Not 1 minute after ordering my food, this fool next to me started trying to talk to me. I was not interested and told him to leave me alone several times, nicely. I ended up changing my mind about eating there and had to loudly cuss his azz out before leaving with my food. Overall, the vibe is cool, the drink was poppin'. The food is good, but they need a bouncer to throw out the scrubs, so women can just enjoy being out by themselves. Seriously.#NomeansNo#Period
