I ordered the buffalo shrimp yesterday my shrimp crust was extremely soggy! They not only did not cook my shrimp all the way they also proceeded to give us cold shrimp absolutely no seasoning on the fries. I’m livid! This is not the first time I’ve been let down from them but it will be the last I also got food poisoning from the shrimp. Good luck

On saturday 23 feb 2025. I ordered 20 wings. 10 lemon pepper and 10 garlic. To my suprise and disappointment the wings were horrible. The wings were over fried and dry. I could not tell which 10 lemon pepper and which ones were garlic. They were horrible. This will be the last time i will purchase any wings from Wing Daddy’s and wii not recommend the place to anyone.i am so disappointed. This was a delivery of 43.00 dollars.

Recently, I visited to pick up an order for Uber Eats. Upon arrival at the bar, I informed the bartender about my pick-up order; however, there appeared to be a problem with my name. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue by identifying the items in my order, she stated that they had not received it. Consequently, I spent approximately five minutes or more trying to determine the next steps, ultimately deciding to cancel my order. I then asked my partner to place a new order. Only after this did the bartender begin to ask about the contents of my order, a situation that could have been avoided had she asked initially. Unfortunately, when my partner and I finally received my order, it was entirely incorrect. But everything was handled by the manager AJ which he did a great job but beside that i am compelled to leave this review due to the poor customer service exhibited by the bartender. Her demeanor towards me was unprofessional and rude, making me feel uncomfortable. While I do not wish to label her as racist, her behavior led me to feel that way completely looked at me like I was dirty. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered wings that were a mild flavor because I don’t like super hot flavors. They got my order wrong, which whatever I usually don’t care as long as what you send me is edible. What they sent me is one of their spiciest flavors so, yeah it was not edible. Even if you were out of what I originally ordered, send me another mild flavor. Waste of money, couldn’t eat them.

This restaurant is disgustingly rude unprofessional management team. Their rude attitude and towards their employees is disgraceful and disrespectful. Just witness an employee manager staff be rude and disrespectful to a female employee. We are in 2025 male staff need to respect their female employees. Hope corporate sees this and trains their staff accordingly.

I woke up to seeing my transaction got changed by $10 from my visit this past Friday, because the waitress I had gave herself a tip on the receipt. A $10 tip. I put a 0 with the dash going through it too, so I would love to see how she changed that on the receipt! When I don’t tip due to service, I usually take a photo of the receipt just in case this happens. Very disappointed in this location for this nightmare experience, and this will keep me from coming here again even though I live so close.

Take your money elsewhere. The drive 5 minutes north to BWW or even 15 to Pluckers is worth it. I ordered online last night at 7:02 and didn’t get my food until like 8:20. I arrived at the store around 7:25 since the website said my order should be ready by 7:17 and I wanted to give them a little extra time to prepare my order in case they were busy. I got to the restaurant and there were a total of about 30 people dining in, most with their food already. I asked the bartender for my order and all she gave me was “Ain’t ready yet. Go wait over there.” She pointed me to the corner of the restaurant where they hand off carry out orders and I waited there for about 15 minutes with no update as to how much longer it would take. Finally I got up to ask a server to check in with the kitchen because it had already been about 45 minutes since I ordered and she rolled her eyes and said she would check (nobody was wearing name tags so I don’t know the name.) She went and asked at the kitchen window, but wouldn’t look back at me to let me know what was going on. It looked as if they hadn’t even started on my order because they kept shuffling through tickets. I have a feeling they pushed me to the front of the line and neglected other customers who had also been waiting for about as long as I had at the pickup station. When I asked her again for an update all I got was “they’re working on them now.” She told me this maybe 4 times while I waited right in front of them but could not give me a time or a reason. I finally got my food and figured if it took this long the food should at least be fresh. The wings were cold and I was missing a ranch dressing. When I tried telling this to the server she said everything was in the bag without letting me explain so I had to basically push the receipt onto her so she could see what I was missing. I asked to speak to the manager or whoever was in charge but John or Josh or whatever name they gave me was supposedly working in the kitchen and training new people. I waited for him for about 15 minutes because I wanted a refund but he never showed his face so I decided to leave. This is the worst experience I have had at this location or at any wing place in Austin and I’m not one to leave reviews or bash a place, but I had paid over $20 and waited over an hour for 10 wings without so much as an apology.
