I got takeout today, 10/29/25 at around 10 pm. The last 3-4 times I've gotten Wingstop (other locations)- unseasoned fries, way crazy greasy wings that were unevenly coated, it's enough to make a man cry. At this Wingstop, I don't know who made my food, but they've made my night, Amen, LORD. These fries are perfectly seasoned and evenly coated, no skimping on the parmesan, this is all I have ever wanted. If whoever made this is reading, I love you. That guy should be CEO or something. Great service, quick, perfect experience.

Don't bother ordering anything with a rub like the Louisiana or Garlic Parmesan unless you like plain wings. If I didn't know what I ordered I wouldn't have been able to guess.

Da Force Is Strong In This One

Trash. Little to no seasoning. Not cooked for extra time like requested. It's sad because you can tell when certain people work there and when they are off. Won't ever go back.

I have made 2 orders in different weeks and my food has arrived like this with too much grease, oil, honestly it doesn't even have any dressing, it just comes covered in grease, I made my order through Uber and before it seemed very tasty but I don't know what happened or it's staff who do this on purpose or they don't even know what they're doing.

I ordered two orders of 10 piece wings. I paid extra for 1 order to be all flats. They gave me the second order of all drums. This is ridiculous. A regular order consist of half flats and half drums. Why am I paying extra if you are going to even the order out anyways??? I hate ordering from this location at night because they consistently underdeliver.

Every time I visit this Wingstop I get great service. Shout out to Angelica, Jose, Tansey and all the ladies who work at the front. Also shout out to the kitchen because the wings are hot and fresh and made the way I ask. I'll be back soon!

Just spent $52.69 for a 30 Crew Pack with delivery fees $71.59. I'm so disappointed with this order. Wings tasted like they were reheated instead of being fresh. We eat at a Wingstop frequently and never have had any issues.

Christina was absolutely incredible with my Wingstop order—fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive energy made the whole experience so much better. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Hands down, one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Give her a raise—she’s a star!

This location is in serious need of a more competent night manager. The current one appears unable to delegate tasks effectively, which is resulting in poor service. On two separate occasions, I have visited this location only to find the front desk staff placing every incoming call on hold indefinitely, without actually answering or taking orders.

It is evident that the staff is struggling with basic multitasking. Taking a phone order and handling in-person customers should be done in rotation; it is not complicated. Simply saying “we’re busy” is not an acceptable excuse, especially when I observed multiple opportunities for the team to manage both channels more efficiently.

In contrast, the Ed Bluestein location operates with fewer staff and still manages to fulfill orders significantly faster. There is no reason this location should not be able to do the same with proper management and training.

Order delivery never received it, spoke with someone over the phone and they said it wasn’t ready yet so we waited two hours, called again after another hour past to find out someone picked it up but we never received the food. Never ordering from here again. We we on hold multiple times for 5 min at a time and supposedly will receive a refund but we have yet to receive it. We found out whoever was to deliver it actually ate the food.
