Ordered online for T-mobile Tuesday deal and added an extra fry. Got home to realize they did not put my extra fry in the bag. When I tried to call, the phone rang for 26 times and NOBODY answer d. I would understand the f they were slammed but seeing as I just left the store, they were not busy at all. Maybe 3-4 workers on duty and then myself, that was it. It was 8pm on a Wednesday (4/30/25), so it was dead. There is no excuse for poor customer service and not answering the phone. As someone who was in food service, I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been left with no choice. This situation could have easily been rectified but now I’m out money for an item that I didn’t even get. It’s not even about the fries or $5, it’s the principal behind the matter.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of company policy. My husband is a Marine combat veteran, but they wouldn't honor a military discount for him. They would only acknowledge Army, Navy, and the police for military discounts. Will not be back here again .

This particular wingstop is very close to me and my boyfriend’s job and we love going here for lunch! The wait is never longer than 30 minutes during a rush and the restaurant is kept clean, organized and service is always friendly! Compared to other locations in the city, this one is always the best option. The assistant manager Tiffany is great! She is always involved and helpful with assisting her team and customers. You can really tell she keeps the restaurant organized and in great shape. Go Tiffany! 🤗

Lemon pepper wings had no flavor. Extra crispy is a lost art here. Soggy fries too. Don’t bother.
This is the most comfortable I’ve felt in a Wingstop. It’s so relaxed and fun here. The staff are great!!! Vladimir was cashiering and was having a good time joking and smiling. He made my day!! Ever since I first came here the atmosphere has been great here. The food is always on point ✨

So I went to this wingstop and received great service and food but I witness what I was told was a district manager Rhonda yell and speaking to a young man very rudely. I honestly wanted to say something to her about it because it caught alot of people's attention. I was there for almost 2 hrs enjoying my food and the peacefulness.The whole time I never saw Rhonda in the front helping at all. The young man and other employees were doing an excellent job and she came from the back yelling loud at the young man and making a huge scene in the restaurant. I also witnessed Rhonda drop several cups on the floor and put them back with the other cups and then handed them to customers for their drinks. I was so shocked to see a district manager do something like this to paying customers. That was super gross and unsanitary. That is a total violation of the osha code for sure. For her to be a district manager she is really conducting herself very very poorly. This is so unexpected for a district manager. I would've given the store more stars because of the other employees. The other employees were amazing but Rhonda really made it a bad experience for me and shouldn't be a district manager if this is how she communicates and conducts herself with her employees and doesn't help them. I'll never go back there if Rhonda is there.
