I placed an order online and wait literally 1hr and 30mins for my order. They had so much back log and people were just piling up and there didn't seem to be enough workers who could keep up with the number of orders.

didn’t refund me my money talking about i don’t know how long it will take to refund it. they had 2 people doing nothing and i had ordered my food an hour ahead and still didn’t have it like that’s crazy

Ordered online for T-mobile Tuesday deal and added an extra fry. Got home to realize they did not put my extra fry in the bag. When I tried to call, the phone rang for 26 times and NOBODY answer d. I would understand the f they were slammed but seeing as I just left the store, they were not busy at all. Maybe 3-4 workers on duty and then myself, that was it. It was 8pm on a Wednesday (4/30/25), so it was dead. There is no excuse for poor customer service and not answering the phone. As someone who was in food service, I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been left with no choice. This situation could have easily been rectified but now I’m out money for an item that I didn’t even get. It’s not even about the fries or $5, it’s the principal behind the matter.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of company policy. My husband is a Marine combat veteran, but they wouldn't honor a military discount for him. They would only acknowledge Army, Navy, and the police for military discounts. Will not be back here again .

This particular wingstop is very close to me and my boyfriend’s job and we love going here for lunch! The wait is never longer than 30 minutes during a rush and the restaurant is kept clean, organized and service is always friendly! Compared to other locations in the city, this one is always the best option. The assistant manager Tiffany is great! She is always involved and helpful with assisting her team and customers. You can really tell she keeps the restaurant organized and in great shape. Go Tiffany! 🤗

This is the most comfortable I’ve felt in a Wingstop. It’s so relaxed and fun here. The staff are great!!! Vladimir was cashiering and was having a good time joking and smiling. He made my day!! Ever since I first came here the atmosphere has been great here. The food is always on point ✨
