Long story short. I placed an order to go and when I got home my chicken was raw… usually I’m not the type to complain but after a long day of work, all I wanted was to enjoy some good wings. That didn’t happen. I was so annoyed I threw everything away and fell asleep hungry.

I don’t know what Rachel was saying, but I had the best service at a wing place ever. Super welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Wings were perfect amount of crispness and the wings were very tasty. Fries were fresh and the food came out in a timely manner. I also noticed they have a great togo system which is rare. Malik took great care of us, but everyone was very kind that shift.

I visited Wingstop on my birthday, hoping to enjoy a meal and receive the birthday gift advertised on their app. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.

Upon entering, I was not greeted by the staff. When I asked the gentleman at the counter if they did anything for birthdays, he rudely replied, “No!” This was surprising because the app clearly states that you receive a birthday gift if you download it. As I tried to show him the app, he abruptly started taking another customer’s order, even though the place was not busy.

I followed all the necessary steps to receive the birthday gift, which I believe is an order of fries. Despite this, he denied my request and instead told me to leave a good review in exchange for the fries. I complied, but still never received them.

A kind gentleman behind me noticed the rude behavior and offered to buy my meal. The staff member in question was covered in tattoos and had large gauged earlobes. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, making for a terrible experience.

I would not recommend visiting this Wingstop location due to the poor customer service and misleading information about their birthday promotions.

For this reason, I did not buy anything and I left.

I can in at 11:50 expecting to be turned away understandably and they accepted my order with a smile and everyone was so nice as the were closing up. As they were making my order I was expecting them to grumble but instead they were vibing to music singing along. They were the most nice and happy people I have ever met. 10/10 recommend

0/5. This was the absolute worst experience. I placed an order for pick up. I arrived a few minutes ahead of time and checked in at the counter to see if it happened to be ready a bit earlier than expected. I also wanted to make sure what I ordered was what the order taker put in. The first guy listened and walked away as if he was checking. He never came back. The second guy did the same thing. I could see everything they were doing - blatantly ignoring the question… I left the store and called from my car to get an answer. The first person listened and put the phone down without saying anything else (I could see him from my car). A second guy picked up another phone and I finally got an answer to my question… I go in 10 minutes after the latest time they told me it would be ready. They were just bagging it up. A guy who I assume is the manager asks what name the order is under and proceeds to tell me “you look excited. You need to smile!” Rude. While walking off to check for my order. He then proceeded to confirm my order. I told him that was not what I ordered. He proceeded to tell me “YOU ORDERED…”…. As if he was the one to take my order. As if I was lying. So I corrected him, and he looked shocked at the tone, even though he and his staff had been nasty the entire time. Everyone at this location is rude and nasty. I threw the food out. After dealing with these people, I had lost my appetite. I should have left it there or even left the first time they ignored me. Save your time and energy - eat somewhere else. Don’t allow these miserable souls to ruin your day.
