The wait to get our food was actually crazy, like i usually never have the time to leave reviews BUT i had so much time waiting that i felt the need to tell yall that your volume can more then afford hiring a second FOH at night on the weekends, just save yourself the trouble and go to any other freaking location!

Picked up my order and came to work realize once opening the bag no ranch given to me. Called the place to let them know no ranch was given to me the guy automatically said yes there was one ranch in the bag. I then again told him no ranch was given to me.

This is the worst Wingstop ever!! Please don't waste your money at this location! I placed an online order , went to pick it up and came straight back home. I was about to start eating with my kiddos when I noticed the wings were extremely cold ❄ I called the store to let them know and Erik the General manager told me that there was nothing they can do about it. Shame on them!! Definitely this location needs some costumer service skills asap!! I was a regular customer here but I won't come back to this location EVER AGAIN!!! I know WING STOP has better values and they do care about their costumers but definitely this William cannon location don't care about that!

We catered over $1,000 worth of food for our company luncheon and the food showed up 45 minutes late. They kept pushing the time back through text. Super unprofessional and highly do not recommend.
It took thirty minutes to get my food and when it came out it was cold and disgusting.

Love coming to eat here because the workers. They take orders and help move the line fast. There is pre order, and pick up. The environment is good, it’s not too loud or quiet. The one inconvenience would be that the ice machine doesn’t work but the workers refill them often.

Worst service ever! The workers were too busy filling to go orders and not attending to the in house customer's orders. Every table waiting including me had to go ask about our orders. Only after asking did our food come out. I waited 25 minutes for my order. The food was good but the tables weren't cleaned up. I saw one of the employees getting wings out of the frig and then dropping the wings into the fryer without washing her hands. Won't be going there again.
