We order the 8 piece chicken wings parmesan and garlic with fries and a coke. The wings looked like chicken nuggets and we so hard!! The fries were hard and cold. We ordered a coke and dr. pepper and got coke and sprite. This was NOT a good dinner. Sad that a $40 dinner was that bad.

I wasn't feeling well, I had been out all day and I needed something to eat. I got there barely hanging on, I could feel my blood sugar dropping really fast. I was getting light headed and confused. I should have never let it go like that. Anyway, the cashier asked me to sit down and she was so kind! She helped me to figure out what to order and fast. Also, I needed some juice quick, so the only thing we could come up with was the Orange HiC. Lol. It did the job, along with the enormous boneless wings and celery/carrots. I wish I hadn't forgotten her name. She was so wonderful. Thank God we were alone in the restaurant. There were tons of Door Dash drivers though coming in and out. Lol

Not only was I greeted with laziness. He looked at me and actively put my bag out of reach and I had to actively go out of the way to grab my food. When I opened the bag everything was upside down.

I’m extremely frustrated, this is the second time I’ve ordered from this particular Wingstop through DoorDash, and once again, my order was completely wrong. I didn’t even get the dressings I paid extra for! I ordered extra dressing and received none. How am I supposed to enjoy wings with no dip?

To make things worse, I also received items I didn’t even order. It’s ridiculous. That happened the last time. Do the employees even read the tickets anymore? Maybe they’re too distracted with smoke breaks to pay attention. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again. I ordered Hawaiian and lemon pepper and ended up with some spicy flavor.

I didn’t order a drink because the last time I got a flavor, I didn’t order and the restaurant blamed it on the delivery driver who didn’t speak English

This place sucks, employees are very rude, they definitely live up to all other bad reviews, i also have been turned down service due to what seems like lazy employees, they advertised as closed even though official hours say open. I hope the managers Mike and Lisa can choose better people to hire!

I visited this Wingstop even though it’s not the closest to me. I ordered four sandwiches, five wings, and a side of celery. When I got home and opened the sealed bag, the wings were missing. I called the store while on my way back and was assured I’d receive a double order, 10 wings, to make up for the mistake.

When I arrived, the same employee who helped me earlier adamantly insisted, rather arrogantly, that he “knew” he had put the wings in the bag, which was clearly not true. He offered no apology. I sat down for only seconds before he returned, tossed the original five wings, now cold, on the counter, and walked away, no sign of the promised double order, which clearly indicates he did not put my original wings in the bag.

The staff seemed more focused on playing loud music and hanging out than maintaining a professional atmosphere. This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The store needs to step up its professionalism and customer service. Horrible!

Wingstop outsources delivery with DoorDash who exclusively hires individuals who do not speak English. When reporting an issue with the order through the door dash link, it redirects you to contact the store directly. Well the staff at this store couldn’t care less about you or your order. Nor do they answer the phones when door dash tries to contact them directly. I live in an apartment complex and the delivery driver left my order at the front door of a random church. Now I’m spending my night waiting on the phone to receive food that supposed to be here over a hour ago. Would not at all recommend doing business with this location.
