I usually leave good reviews but this location has messed up multiple times with my order. The 3rd time I’m over it now. First and second mess up was I put my order in 2 hours advance scheduling my pickup for a later time but guess what? My order wasn’t ready either times!! I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for an order I place hours in advance. Then tonight I placed my order and went to pick it up just to hear “oh sorry I think someone else might have taken your order” like what? Can you not read names? All they said was we can make it again but it will take another 20 minutes. At this point hell no I’m hungry and already waited for wings you gave someone else!!! Will not be coming to this location again literally ruined my night multiple times and I am done giving them chances.

So two times in a row this location forgot items in my order. I highly recommend checking your bag before you leave as one of the managers on duty is a little rude and will ask to see your bag even though everything else is there.Michael is super helpful, but not so sure about the other manager.

Consistently, as to say for years, this is the worst Wingstop in Austin, to my knowledge. We gave them another chance today after not eating here for a couple years. Burned french fries and rushed chicken wings that weren’t very savory. This place is horrible. Save your money. Do not eat here. The overall cleanliness of the place is lacking. Not sanitary at all. They just aren’t getting anything right here.

We ordered 30 HOURS ahead of time, and the wait is (presently ongoing) 30 minutes and counting. What do I need to do to order and pickup at the promised time? Days, a week in advance, what?Not on the employees running this though. The young lady at the counter is holding down swarms of people *and* handling phone calls like a champ, kudos to her, that brave soul. She’s the only reason this gets 2 stars.The issue is with the owners. Hire more people if you can’t keep up on weekends shifts! That, OR don’t accept scheduled orders. Greed or incompetence is what this boils down to.

If you want the worst customer service possible, always be disappointed with the food, and pay raising prices every month, then this is the place for you, I saw some type of manager just standing around watching yet my food was horrible, how about training and setting some type of standard, drink machines always out of ice and never any tea, I waited 1 1/2 hours for a 10 piece order and was cold, I asked for extra fry seasoning when I placed order and there was none so I asked for some and they told me I would have to pay for seasoning, my little sister could run this place better. I just hope the customers see what is going on and stop going so this place can finally close down.

Placed an online order ahead of time and chosed a pick up time. Showed up at the pick time and they didn’t have it ready. Cancelled the order and left as I had a meeting later. What’s the point of allowing customers to choose a pick time if the order is not going to be ready? Such a waste of time and poor customer service.

Doing deliveries and when I asked an estimated time of how long, the worker said 'oh I don't know' and I asked if he could ask for a eta and he said "no". Pretty unprofessional and honestly gonna have to not come back. It was a chicken sandwich.
