This location has gone down hill. The staff clearly do not like each other, and, honestly, after witnessing that, I should have turned around and left, but I was in the mood for Wingstop... and, unfortunately, I didn't really get it. The food was quite bland, which is unusual and I was just a bit saddened after this visit.

I picked up wings to go and when I came home and put some on a plate, one of the wings was real black and off looking. I took a the skin off where it was black and the wing was rotten underneath. I don't know how you miss this when the wing was unsually black on the outside. Ended up throwing the whole order in the trash. Waste of my money and time.

First time experience and they made it worse. Order chicken wings with bone and hot tenders instead. Even thought it was okay but then both the flavors tastes horrible (too salty). Will never go again.

So on three different occasions in the last month or so I have had a bad experience with this wing stop and at no point did they try to make it better. Beware when ordering here! The first time I put in an order on their app for delivery and NEVER received my food I called up there and was told that I would receive a refund NEVER received the refund I had to dispute with credit card. The second time I ordered through the app for pick up I got to pick my food they gave my food to someone else so I had to wait until the new order was done. This last and final time I ordered over the phone because their online seem to be not working(which should have been my sign to get food else where since I tried five or six times to order) I called in my order for 30 bone in well done with extra hot honey on the side because they always seem to lack on the sauce. Welp after driving to the store about 17-20 minutes and still waiting on my order to finish I drove back home that same time and after getting home they did not put any I any hot honey 20 of the wings I ordered and the 10 lemon pepper was just dipped in oil no lemon or pepper.the skin in the wings weren’t well done which my son choked on due to the chewiness And after calling and let them know about the worst wing stop we have ever had there only solution was for me to drive back up to the store so that they could remake the order which would be another hour of my night with the driving there and back plus the wait for the food. I asked could you just give me a credit and the response was for me to waste more of my time and go to the store to show them the wings. The Inconvenience this has caused none the less I through them in the air dyer and ate them. This wing stop has definitely lost me as a customer and I hope you guys think twice when ordering yourself.

The wings were not crispy, and the seasoning was terrible. Tasted like they fried a big batch of wings, and let them sit until someone ordered them…Garlic parm sauce didn’t taste like any garlic, or any “cheese” taste. Just soy based margarine flavor, with a garlicky smell. Miss old wingstop

It's been a running joke for us that I always refuse to go to any of these locations with my wife because we had 17 horrible experiences in a row. pl plesantly surprised and will visit again in hopes the experience remains the same.

My family and I have been dining to this location at this location and it is usually the same of everything. Today was so different we had a friendly smiling face and exceptional service at the counter from RUDY! He even told us we could get additional spices on...well options and ways to kick up the flavors!!! WOW! I felt that they were VIP secrets kept from me for years! If we would have known...we would have come here more frequently. Why? Options and variety! Thank you Rudy it shows how much you love your customers! This is coming from a higher up in hospitality and sales. I would have put you in a lead position. The restaurant itself is super clean and enjoyable.
