If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Waste of money drive to the Cedar Park one. Ordered thru the app and they messed up my order and forgot a whole large fry and my fries were unseasoned. I’ve never had unseasoned fries from Wingstop before I even clicked on the fries seasoning when I ordered it. Not worth the $70 we spent. 😒

Sat here for an hour for my food after it said it’d be ready
Manager kept complaining about how they should have closed early
Would have appreciated literally any communication that it would have taken that long
Will not be ordering at this location again

The restaurant was incredibly dirty. Sticky gross floors. Trash and spilled drinks all over the drink station. I noticed mold on the ice dispenser plastic portion. I asked for extra seasoning and well done fries, received no seasoning and undercooked stale fries. This is the 2nd location I've been to in the past month and both were so dirty. Wingstop used to be my favorite. I guess it's time to venture elsewhere.

I ordered an order through the wing stop app on 08/13/25 my order number is 7842079419 and I found worms in my food, I called the store to ask for a refund of my money and the employees were really rude, not only did they not solve the problem they hung up on me and told me they didn't believe me. I demand to talk to a manager or the store owner.
The name for the manager in shift is James

The worst place I ever went to. Orders backed up for hours, personnel lost and unprofessional, can’t handle rush hour at all. To wait for the order more than 2 hours is ridiculous. The guy at the register on July 29th around 9pm just don’t know what he is doing at that place.

Seriously go anywhere but here. Third time trying this place, 1st time no sauce at all, second time everything was cold, this time they put sauce on one wing, one. I have no idea who's running this place but they need to be fired.

Hands down our most favorite Wing Stop in all of Austin. James, in particular, is one of the best customer service employees we have ever encountered. His smile, his attention to detail and most importantly the fact that he walks around the whole restaurant asking if everyone is doing ok (which most Wing Stops locations don’t do) is what sets this location apart from all the other ones in THE state. James is the exemplary Wing Stop Employee that should set the bar for all other franchises. As always the food was amazing.

Will not be coming back to this location. 9 employees milling around and only about 3 handling food seem to be doing real work. Ordered for dine in and good thing I asked for my food at 20 minutes as they could not find my order! Seemed to be only focused on to-go/door dash orders and even those people waiting in line. Mis-managed!

Our order was for pick up and I'm trying to figure out why was it that we had 4 different flavors of wings but they all looked plain?? Please do better, Wingstop, bc we usually like you and I know we aka hubby will probably want y'all again

Food is MUCH better than Pluckers. I just came in to one for the first time (usually order) and the guy at the register (James) is without a doubt the nicest guy that I’ve EVER had serve me. The food and the service earned a customer for life.

I came here after a long day of work with my boyfriend and we were really craving wings we hadn’t been to Wingstop in years I walked in at 11:31 and the guy asked if we were ordering or picking up. When I said we were ordering he looked really annoyed and passed me off to another guy to take our order. We ordered the food and it was ready before 11:40 and it said they were open until 12:00 so we were just going to eat it there since then drive home was about 20 minutes. When the guy saw we were about to sit down he raised his voice and said are yall eating here!? Bc the lobby is closed… there were about 3 tables where people were eating but we just decided to leave bc it felt very hostile… we got home and the fries were soggy and not even hot anymore… it doesn’t take a lot of effort to be kind to customers and I’m very disappointed and offended that we were singled out when there were other people eating in the lobby

Rudy and Rhonda has been kind, helpful and informative on the specials that they have and all around. Kept store clean and made sure everyone was taken cared of. The fries were fresh and the wings very well coated and cooked to perfection the way I like them and requested

Food was pretty good, but what I ordered was online from their own website for carryout and was baseline. Took them forever to get my food and there were a bunch of DoorDash/Uber Eats people trying to get orders. One woman ordered in the restaurant and waited an hour for her food, was pretty awful.

In fairness, there may have been a little bit of an exception right now because T-Mobile did the 1 cent 3 tender combo again that I'm sure was keeping them busier than normal. All said, the guy working up front was definitely a teenager that clearly got the worst training and service was dismal because of it. I felt so bad for him because this place is going to destroy his sanity.

I don't think most leaving reviews on here realize that this is a franchise location too based out of San Antonio according to what was on the wall inside, they're gonna care about nothing but making easy money and focusing on DoorDash gets them money when they meet the deadline and people ordering in those apps don't bother to complain about them.
