Worst wings I’ve ever experienced. I ordered garlic Parmesan but I guess it’s not a commonly ordered type. It had ZERO seasoning and then just cheap powdered Parmesan cheese. It just tasted like boiled chicken with grease. So disappointing. I should have asked for something different but the guy at the counter wasn’t too cordial. The fries were brown and mushy but still somehow seemed burnt?? I wont be visiting any more wing stop locations around here. Flavor is their business?? Hardly! Bleck!Parking: Terrible parking space.

Worst food I have ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting and the 2 star total review is completely accurate. Fries were soggy and cold, the wings were horrendous. They were chewy and hard and did not taste like chicken at all. Please save your money and don’t eat here. The best part of my meal was the bottled Diet Coke.

Wingstop is always one of my favorite to go places for wings! They’re now one of my favorite spots for their tenders. You have to try their mild flavored ones, they’re so good! Probably my absolute favorite tenders right now. The service at this spot is usually pretty good, plus it’s in a pretty convenient location off i35 in South Austin.

This location is a joke, the owner must own so many he doesn’t give af, because if he spent 5 mins a week inspecting this store, he’d realize they literally don’t want to make him money.

It was alright but the thing is we came and order for take out ,and it was dry ,a bit burn and they where laughing the hole time in the kitchen while doing the orders .but I still love it and give it a five ,pls fix this wingstop

Dirty place but food tasted alright. I know it's wing stop I don't expect no 5 star experience but the place was just dirty and smelled musty near the fountain drinks.
I notice over the last three or four years the quality of the food is going down. I prefer plucker now.

I always try to give any place of business benefit of a doubt but this location is definitely the worse one I have been to..it doesn’t allow you to place order with the flavor spice lemon pepper online so I ALWAYS have to call it in but today I called 9 times and they never answered the phone! So I had to go in the store to have them add the spice..the customer service definitely needs improvement and this will be my LAST time I go to this location..basura!

I had to speak to the manager regarding the cleanliness of their staff. The front register employee stuck her hand inside the cups she gave us for the drinks. Then, she proceeded to walk away and ignore us asking for different cups. I asked an employee for different cups and she went outside to get another employee who proceeded to do the exact same thing with the cups. I don't think it's asking too much to keep your hand (after using the cash register) out of the inside of patrons drink cups.
