so I came to get a DoorDash order from here. Everything went smoothly up until I got handed it and the lady that was supposed to get the drinks just stood there and did not help me or even ask me if i needed help with the bags that I had received. Since I never got the help to carry those orders to my car, I ended up kind of spraining my right side so I would like that girl fired, she shouldn’t even be allowed to work there anymore.

Very bad service you got one manager who is very rude gossips to other employees about a certain Doordashers who come in to watch out for them you got one guy in back who mad dawgs you for no reason I waited 40 min for a order I will not be returning to this store my wings came out very burned very unhappy with my money spent the owener needs to change the way employees handle customer service, employees talking about customers is disrespectful and discrimination, I would like a sit down with owner of Wingstop myself . I think it's in bad taste what's happening in this Wingstop I spent a while I came to buy a meal and since I don't know English they were mocking and talking to each other and they didn't take my order well and I told them that I wanted me to fry my wings a little more and they grabbed them and threw them reluctantly as if one was asking

The lack of urgency is crazy. Waited almost 45 mins for my online pick up. After saying it would be ready in 15 mins. There no customer service at all. Definitely won’t be coming to this location again.

Absolutely disgusting food. The chicken sandwich bread was soaked in oil, so it was soggy and the fries were soggy and had sugar. Why do the fries have sugar, why not just salt??? I had to throw everything away. From what I saw as-well, they have almost no drink options. Avoid this place like the plague. Also, the wait time is too much.

Ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders to go. When I got home there were only 3 inside. How are you going to take 30 minutes to make the order and not even put the right amount in.

They got my order wrong and dude in the kitchen demanded the wings back after 20 minute wait.....with my kids. Drunk dude working the fryer needs to quit shouting at the customers and maybe quit drinking so much at work. Shout out to the girl working the counter and as a referee.

I write this review in hopes of a change. When I go to pick up my food I lose my appetite due to the uncleanliness. Last time I went I had to cover up my nose because the smell from the trail of pee from the bathroom was so strong. My order was also lost and took an additional 30 min, but the workers are kind. I like to get food here on occasion but the uncleanliness and smell is a put-off. Please keep the space clean to provide a pleasant experience for your customers.
