Ordered multiple times with Wingstop at this location. They seem to somehow already forget something. Last 4 orders--missing fries x3 and today a missing 32 oz drink.

Last time I came here, I don't know where the manager or heads of this business are. Today I arrived to pick up an order from Dordash and I was waiting for more than 45 minutes for the customer calling about the delay and with me there were 11 more dashers waiting, not counting the customers who were in the store, the store was full and the customer service people only talked to each other and laughed and did not attend to the customers or the deliveries in the kitchen, two more who only spoke loudly and their laughter could be heard even outside without doing their job, a total disaster, they did not care about the people who had been waiting alone They were talking among themselves and laughing, I had to call the customer and tell her to cancel the order due to the delay and like me, others also did it due to the poor service and delay in preparing the orders. I understand that it is tiring to work for hours standing and serving the customer but they don't do it for free, they get paid and if they don't want to work, they simply quit and because their bad service tarnishes the image of the establishment.

I want to give a shout out to the Royse City Wingstop! The food was made to order, hot and fresh. Customer service was GREAT, especially Hazel who went out of her way to see if we got the order correct, if we needed anything and she made sure all orders were going out as they were ready. Hazel keep up the amazing job you are doing! Raises are in order - Blessings Wingstop!!

Terribly long wait times, order got stolen and had to remake, no sense of order management efficiency. Get someone in who means business to run the place
came in at 11:25, they close at 12 and they told me they wouldn’t take my order only online. horrible location doesn’t belong next to UT

I would say that this WingStop location in particular is always solid, but tonight slightly changed my mind. I ordered online and came after the suggested 20 minutes and still had to wait an extra 20 at the restaurant. This normally isn’t a problem for me since I 100% understand what it’s like working during rush hours. When I finally got my order, I realized that I was missing a wing. Unfortunately, I was already home by the time I noticed. I was a bit disappointed that I had waited such a long time for my food just for the order to come out wrong, but I understand that it was rush hour for y’all. I will say that my fries were absolutely perfect and my wings were perfectly seasoned/sauced.
Please never come in between 6:pm and 8:30pm if you want your food to come out fast! I normally come around 5pm or after 9:30pm.

Unbelievable. I go to UT Austin and back at my hometown we have multiple amazing Wing Stops. This is the only one near the campus and it makes me sad how terrible the food was. I literally had to throw it away after two bites of the chicken. It was very burnt and just disgusting. The workers looked at me like I had just asking them to kill their dog after I asked what other flavor fries they offered. Terrible management. This place needs a different owner. Just another franchise that is letting anybody with money buy it. Worst 15 dollars I have ever spent in my life.
