Pizza got the wrong pizza after paying $60 for my order then when I called to speak to someone they were arguing and cussing in the background and fighting then was told I would have a pizza read delivered to me so I can exchange my other Pizza out that never happened waited 2 hours ended up having to eat something else call back was hung up on tried to call again they didn't want to put a manager on the phone call again then was placed on hold forever had to call the Burnet store while I was on hold with the other store and she ended up giving me corporate's number thank God so I can report them this is ridiculous worst customer service ever I would never ever again

BRryan the supposed manager of this horrible place not only yelled at me for trying to have my BURNT PIZZA REPLACED THEN HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM. Very unprofessional and poor management I have no idea how he is still a manager or why the company would want such a person representing them as a brand

I ordered online, chose curbside pickup, signed in when we arrived. 5 minutes go by, 10 minutes go by do I call. The rude woman answering the phone says, “we’re not honoring curbside” and hung up. Food was cold, they don’t be getting anymore of my hard earned money.
