Pizza got the wrong pizza after paying $60 for my order then when I called to speak to someone they were arguing and cussing in the background and fighting then was told I would have a pizza read delivered to me so I can exchange my other Pizza out that never happened waited 2 hours ended up having to eat something else call back was hung up on tried to call again they didn't want to put a manager on the phone call again then was placed on hold forever had to call the Burnet store while I was on hold with the other store and she ended up giving me corporate's number thank God so I can report them this is ridiculous worst customer service ever I would never ever again

BRryan the supposed manager of this horrible place not only yelled at me for trying to have my BURNT PIZZA REPLACED THEN HUNG UP IN MY FACE AND TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM. Very unprofessional and poor management I have no idea how he is still a manager or why the company would want such a person representing them as a brand

I ordered online, chose curbside pickup, signed in when we arrived. 5 minutes go by, 10 minutes go by do I call. The rude woman answering the phone says, “we’re not honoring curbside” and hung up. Food was cold, they don’t be getting anymore of my hard earned money.

Yesterday my car broke down on the side of MoPac. All but one employee (who stayed inside to watch for customers), came out to help me push my car to safety and into their lot. This didn't seem easy, seeing that the driveway is on a hill. I was pretty shaken up and freaked out, but they were all so kind and helpful. As I waited for tow, I saw many deliveries being made, and they all were checking on me en route, asking if I needed water or offering their bench while I waited. Grateful for their aid, I strongly encourage supporting a business with such a positive, kind hearted team!

Ordered from this location months ago, and two hours later received my order, ice cold. Called and was told I could only receive a credit on my account, not a refund, which apparently never went through. Poor customer service.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I order my pizza at 730 was given the time of 754... it arrived at 820... FREEZING COLD... when I called the manager all he gave me were lame excuses and offered a new pizza in 30 minutes and a refund. Um no thanks there's no point in that. I live on wells branch 10 minutes with traffic from this location... he said his driver left at 750.soooo 30 minutes to drive maybe 5 miles..? NO.. on top of that they have a new employee with 0 training telling me my order was deleted (I called because it was late) at this point I'm livid.. I have been ordering from pizza Hut my whole life... I NEVER order anywhere else. But now I refuse to order from this poor excuse of a business. This place needs better management and to train their employees before throwing them on the phone. I will be calling corporate tomorrow.
