I was in need of a cue tip replacement on my carbon fiber shaft. The owner Jim was able to replace my cue tip with a Kamui tip in mere minutes and let me shoot some balls with other playing cues while I waited. The tip was perfect and the service was cheap! Everyone was also very friendly. Would highly recommend!

I used the boarding services at this location for my bulldog and they put a harness on it that was not the one I sent and it was so tight that it caused injuries to my dog. Immediately I got home and noticed these injuries, I sent them an email and they never responded. I do not recommend this place at all. I waited for a call or message, at least apologizing for what happened and to check on my dog which never happened!

I like the security I get from knowing that my sweet dog will be well loved and taken care of while he is boarding there. I also like being able to check in on the webcam and see him having fun with the other dogs. Thank you North Austin Dogtopia! Atlas loves you!

My two puppies wail and jump with excitement when they realize are are going to DOGTOPIA. They give the dogs so much love, attention and care as if they are their own. My puppos are exhausted and happy after a day of play here
