I ordered delivery and it did not disappoint. Ordered 3 different meals and are were delish and when you order the spiciest believe you will sweat and the flavors are outstanding. Looking forward to making a sit down visit.

My husband and I went to the new Round Rock location the night it opened and it wasn't very busy but you could tell they were still figuring things out. Our waiter was super nice, ordering online was super easy, the only problem was when they brought our food it didn't all come out at the same time and the order was wrong. We ended up being there over an hour due to everything, but we are very understanding. The food was great, and we will be back again :)

I've been going to Xian Noodle since when they first opened many years ago. Initially I went in to try the hand-pulled beef noodle soup, which is a dish native to the city in China where my parents are from. I was skeptical at first but was happy surprised by the taste of the dish. I've been going back here ever since then, and have tried many other dishes as well. However, I will admit that the quality of the beef noodle soup dish has gone down over the years, but it is still delicious and satisfies my craving every time. Also, their menu seemed to have been reduced since the pandemic but I'm hoping they'll bring back more items soon!

Hopefully this place opens back up soon because our meal was fantastic. This review is a bit delayed, so not fully sure when they closed but be ready when they open back up. There is no shortage of different Asian cuisine in North Austin so we typically rotate through a variety of them but, Xian will definitely be making its back in the rotation. We ordered the beef fried rice and the Dan Dan Noodles with Beef. The fried rice was enough food to feed two or three people with incredibly tender beef that didn't even need a knife to be cut. The noodles were the perfect texture, with just the right amount of chewiness but not overdone. For the price, it was an all around great meal. To top it off, the hot sauce was FANTASTIC. It had a ton of kick but still filled with flavor. Not sure if they make it themselves or if its just bought in bulk but I want more!

Not authentic (anymore). Came here last month and ordered some dim sum and main dishes and that was fine. Other than the rice smelled like overnight. This time ordered a noodle and totally down graded my rating. Not authentic at all! Totally low quality American style! Plus the waitress didn’t ask me what type of noodles I want…It made me wonder if they changed the chef or owner. Anyway, the one at the Domain is way better and very authentic! Same name but different experience!

Good food. Never had a problem here. I recommend the beef Dan Dan noodle, green beans, sticky rice lotus wrap. I am not a fan of the 炸酱面 as it had a lot of fragmented star anise I bit on, haha.

Holy cow. This broth is everything. I thought the hand pulled noodles were going to be the show stoppers, but this broth trumps all. Not used to pulled meat in Tom yum. Some of the pieces were over cooked and tasted foul. Thankfully it didn't ruin the dish. That broth tho... They say on their website they give more broth. No extra charge. I'm fixing to test that.

Xian Noodle is amazing. We love this restaurant and this location specifically. However, they are opening up in a new location in Round Rock about a mile away from us that we are eagerly waiting for. Which ultimately means, if it's as good and consistent as this location, we won't be traveling 15 miles to come to this specific location anymore. With that being said, it's refreshing to have different Chinese food options other than your normal Orange Chicken, Chow Mein, Fried Rice, and Egg Roll menu items. Although Xian Noodle has some of those similar options to choose from, they give you the stuff that's harder to find which includes Shumai, Pork buns, other Dim Sum options, and most importantly, hand tossed noodle options. The Beef Dan Dan Noodles with fettuccini are what has repeatedly brought us back. The flavors are there. The authenticity is there. The satisfaction of eating wonderful food is there. Definitely try this restaurant out and try some things that you wouldn't normally try. Xian Noodle is definitely the type of restaurant to have fun at and being adventurous.

Great salmon poke tho a bit heavy on the lettuce. Buns were delicious. Daughters loved the noodles in the shoyu ramen. They called it the noodles of amazingness. They loved watching the noodles being made.

Came here for the first time for the lunch special. It was good but kind of overpriced. Plus the actual price was more than the price on their website, which was confusing when I went to pick up my order. Probably won't be back just because lunch specials are usually more of a "special" price.

This place is great! I do miss when they also sold sushi. Their noodles are made in house and their soups are awesome. We are a regular and appreciate that they appreciate it and are extra friendly when we come.

It's some kind of authentic Chinese food. Their signagure food is La Mian, a very tradition Chinese hand stretched noodle. It's not as good as in China. But it's pretty unique in the U.S.

We had high hopes considering the reviews but it is not very authentic, and our food came out less than hot (both heat and spice). If you're looking for authentic Asian/Chinese/Taiwanese food, this place isn't it. We ordered the Szechuan fish and red braised beef noodle soup. It didn't taste bad, just not great, not hot enough and not authentic enough.

The waitress was super sweet and helpful. The food was really disappointing. The Shui Mai, wonton, and beef raised noodles wasn't good and lacked flavor. When I politely returned my noodles because it was unpleasant the maybe manager. I don't know who the woman was told me "I should read next time the ingredients" "it's the most popular item" and etc. When I told her I did and this isn't my first time eating something like this she rudely became even more defensive and then aggressively waved me off. The food wasn't good but I did expect common customer service. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and this was beyond unacceptable for a business.
