Staff was super friendly and attentive, and food was amazingly fresh and tasty. Had my birthday dinner here and they went out of their way to make it smooth and special! Thank you management and staff, I will be recommending Yanagi as great south Austin sushi!

Support this local gem. Very nice staff and delicious sushi. Prices are very good as well. Perfect for kids if they like sushi. We live near by and honestly we eat here all the time. Plenty of space available and you almost never have to wait to be seated. It is tough to run a restaurant business but they are good people and we should help this business thrive.

I've been coming here for a few years now and I can't think of a single time that I've had a bad experience. I love the atmosphere, it's very calming relaxing, especially the jazz they play. The staff are all very nice and quick to attend to guests. And of course the food and drinks are amazing! This is a fantastic place to take someone on a nice date, or if you want to celebrate something important.

Yanagi is my favorite sushi place. Hands down. We've been loyal customers for a decade. You can't go wrong with their rolls. Highly recommend Monkey Ball and the Hawaiian Volcano Roll. The kids love the kids platters. Plenty of cooked options for people too.

It is my favorite sushi place. They have very big variety of roles, rice balls, noodles, different combinations of sushi. I would say there is a big menu. Service is very polite, friendly and quick. My family loves this place, my friends likes to go here as well. I always enjoy food quality, but I mostly order sushi, and sushi rolls. Some gluten-free rolls are available here too.
