Their personnel were very rude. They should be thankful to have a job, if they don’t like it those ladies should find another one.
I've been coming here for years as it is my go-to whenever I have a fro-yo craving & they've got the best selections, varieties of flavors & toppings. The staff is always very welcoming & super nice whenever I go since I'm somewhat of a regular. I love my fro-yo!

I really liked going into this place to consume but the truth is it is very annoying that you want to go into the bathroom and the women who work there in a very bad way deny entry to the bathroom they send you to the bathroom who is still there as a consumer that is It was very annoying, my children wanted to use the bathroom and the women had it locked, the truth is, for that reason it is a place that I will not visit again until there is a bathroom available in the same place.
love it!!!!! and the taro flavor 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
The guy behind the counter was extremely rude. I understand being short staff but that doesn't give you the reason to be rude to customers. My friend asked him for a smoothie and his reply was and I quote " I'm the only person here I'm not making a smoothie" poor customer service in a sarcastic manner. Also there was nobody in the store I would understand if there was a rush hour but there was nobody there. The yogurt fire though but the customer service is terrible.

Yogurt Planet was refreshing with good frozen yogurt. However, there weren’t many flavors offered, and they don’t provide free samples to help you decide what you like. It’s a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected at froyo places. All in all, it’s a nice spot to stop and chill.

We had just finished at the museum of optical illusions and wanted something sweet so we dropped by the yogurt planet which oddly looks just like the yogurt land froyo location we frequent. They have a lot of the same flavors but no way to try before you buy. Which was alright because most everything is good and everyone enjoyed what they got.

Honestly, this was a very mid experience. This place is fairly expensive per ounce, so I expected flavors that blew me away. But it was completely run of the mill and fairly forgettable. Nothing outstanding at all. Be aware that they do not provide samples, so make absolutely sure you’re only getting flavors you’re guaranteed to like.
