The place is nice and pleasant, the food delicious. It only has one problem, and it's a short, white-skinned woman who works there. Her coworkers called her Dalias. Her behavior is arrogant and shocking, and when you look at her, she looks at you as if you were a nuisance. At first, I felt uncomfortable, and it's not the first time she's done this, since this is my second time here. She should hire people who are cheerful and enthusiastic about us, the customers....

We used to frequent Yuki pretty often when they first opened and the head chef/owner worked there, including when they opened their second location. Hadn't been in awhile and was looking forward to visiting again. The quality of the food has seem to gone down. Still an abundant of fish and large pieces, but they are not well put together and easily fall apart. Hand roll joints are trending with spots popping up across Texas. My rating of 3 stars is based on two things. 1 - this is basically nigiri. Other spots I’ve visited have other elements within the hand-roll that are either stated or a surprise. Here it’s just rice, protein and seaweed. 2. the fish was pre sliced and pulled out of a prep container like a line station where all the pre-sliced fish is kept.
