Tried Zaika for the first time via employer lunch program. I tried the Achari chicken tikka dish which came with white rice, peppers/onions and two sauces. It was a generous portion, and the seasonings were very tasty. Added a side of garlic naan, which went went well with the dish. I look forward to visiting the restaurant to try more of their menu.

Tanmay's scale: - Scrumptiousness: 3/5 - Service: 5/5 - Ambience: 3/5 - Cleanliness: 3/5 - Value for money: 5/5 (for buffet) - Vegetarian friendly: 5/5 - Parking: 5/5 Visited Zaika after a couple of years. They serve buffets on weekends for both lunch and dinner. Every alternate Sunday evening is a vegan and oil free buffet. Mango kulfi, moon halwa, egg curry, and garlic naan were the best. All other dishes including my favorite samosa, wada-sambar, aloo chat, Tikka masala, etc. were just okay. The staff was friendly and quick to pick up the used plates.

Brand new ownership this month... Truly pure vegetarian food - no eggs in the naan, no gelatin in the desserts! The food is delicious, fresh and generous in portions. The new owners have a passion for their food and it shows! Love it!Update 3/3/24... new owners as of a few years ago. It is no longer vegetarian only. They serve lots of meat on the menu.

Nothing special, very ordinary food. Tried their cholay bhaturey where oil was clearly over used and tasted in bhaturey. Also tried chicken and paneer item in previous visit and it was so so. Nothing that stands out.

I went in for a quick lunch on a workday and ordered a veg biriyani. The food came pretty quickly and the taste was also great. The restaurant was eerily quiet with no music or sounds and that would be my only complaint.

All of the four dishes that we ordered tasted the same. It felt that they used the same base for all the dishes. Biryani is a joke, Indians won't call it biriyani it was rice mixed with same gravy base.

Went for a chai (tea) here, its the worst chai I ever had. They couldn’t even give a cup to sip the chai. Also very expensive, they charged around $4.5 for one chai.

Excellent all-vegan buffet every other Sunday with many options! The buffet had mostly gluten free options, so wonderful for vegan/gf. They are very good with dietary restrictions, just let them know when you order. They can also provide food for parties, etc. Delicious!

Took my employee to give her the Indian food taste and pick up some for my girlfriend. this restaurant popped up within 2 miles from my location. I am a south Asian and have a knowledge on how the dishes should taste.Food taste was in the top 3 worst list. Chicken 65 was over breaded and mixed up with excessive sauce. White rice was hard. The famous Chicken tikka masala was extremely bad. Seems like the guy (cook) boiled big pieces of chicken breast and tossed it in the sauce. The chicken was definitely not simmered and cooked in the gravy long time. Inside of chicken was very dry which indicates that it was boiled solely.Saag Paneer was lacking green. Barely any fresh spinach, over heated and completely minced. Lamb biriyani was worst of them. 3 very small pieces of meat with mixture of rice and color that did not even have biriyani aroma.Place was hot. They kept the front door open as to keep the place cool. It was not a comfortable temperature to have a so called good Indian food.Only best part was that the waitress was very understanding and courteous. She was willing to remake the order, but I nicely declined.
