I ordered a 18 inch pizza from here . Everytime Omni order I call and ask them to cut my pizza in squares . After sitting on hold for 20 minutes the guy answered
The phone and said they don't provide that service I insured him they
Did then he stated my order was already gone . The fact
That I sat on hold that long
Is very upsetting . And then I was lied to .

This place sucks, the pizza quality is horrible. I paid $60 for two mid tier pizzas. This place isn’t good, avoid it at all costs.

We love zalat!! Coming from NY there’s only a few places I enjoy in Austin for pizza! This is one of them, Josh gave a warm welcoming! Great customer service, hot food, and full tummy. what more could you want?! Thank you Josh!

The food was amazing as always (the Sweet Revenge is the best!) and the cashier/cook was very nice and helpful. There was barely any wait time. I was genuinely surprised by how little time it took. Finding a place to park was a bit difficult but it's just hard to navigate Austin in general when you're from out of town. I wish Zalat's would expand to San Antonio but for now it remains my go-to spot when I'm in town. I can't wait to come back again.

They charge more than $3 for extra cheese on your pizza, and then they never add extra cheese. I gave them one more chance to get it right, but they failed and ripped me off again. Also if you order delivery, they don't put security tape on your pizza box. My $34 pizza arrived cold. I will never order from this place again. They're ridiculous.
i think this pizza changed my life. never before have i had a pizza that was such an eye-opening experience. this pizza warmed my heart, body and soul.
