Very bad service. We called to reserve for iftar and the girl said okay. When we reached there they didn't have a table as all tables were taken. They said their policy was that if we come late then they have to give the table to guests who are already there. I understand all this. But my argument is that what is the literal meaning of reserving a table and asking for your name and number over the phone so they can keep one table for you. Also the most annoying thing was that a short dark boy was trying to explain all this to me in a very bad manner like flaring his hands up in the air again and again as if I am harassing him while I was trying to have a very calm conversation. All the guests were looking and it was very embarrassing for me and my family. The good was kind of okay or should I say good. And also the girl who took my reservation was pretending as if she is very busy. Very very bad staff attitude. One more thing was the 12 dollars they charged as some service tax for a party of 4 plus. But in an iftar buffet guests take their own food. Nobody brings the food to the table. This was an off thing too.

Went here for iftar on a Monday and the place was packed. Still managed to get one table. The food is really good. They keep refilling the dishes with hot food quickly as they get over. Every item on the buffet was fantastic. However, the need for customer service is highly desired. The person handling the phone and cash counter needs a lot of training. And I mean A LOT. Either that or get a designated person. This one couldn't understand half the things I was saying or asking - both in person and on the phone. She kept talking over me and was in a hurry etc. I understand it's a fast paced environment and things get busy but sometimes customer service makes or breaks the experience. Besides that, this place is highly recommended.

Food quality and quantity is average. Their prices are high. Went here due to limited options available for Pakistani food. Our server was sweeping the floors and brining food out at the same time. Biryani was very watery and lacked flavor.

We only lilke their grill/kebab items with Naan. Proper taste and presentation. Curry items were not good, taste aweful. Appetizers were okay. Service could've been much better.

Um. I have tried this restaurant for the first time. I have tried their Karai Chicken with garlic nan...Karai chicken was just above from homemade chicken curry, it's not like that flavorsome. It comes with plain rice. I dnt know why they provide rice with Karai Chicken. How ever we took garlic nan. Garlic nan was good.
They served raita and a sauce at first. Raita was tasteless.
Ambient was good.
May be they have different items with good flavor.

Restaurantji Recommends
Great service, and they never sacrifice anything for the quality that they are known for. I’ve gotten fried rice, korma, grilled items including beef Bihari and various chicken items. I just Indian restaurants by the quality of their naan, I haven’t found a place in Austin yet with better naan. Never once has it failed. Owners are always involved and this new remodel looks amazing!

Every time we visit Austin, we go to this restaurant. Unfortunately, this time, the food was not as good as it used to be and the service has declined drastically. I think I have reviewed this restaurant a couple of years ago and gave them a five star.
