Came here because I was in town and wound up being tasked to find some tea, preferably from a small business over something from the grocery store and I'm so happy to have come across Zhi! There was so much variety and the space is so calming and beautiful. The POS system was having some issues and Jana remained pleasant through the whole transaction, even apologizing for the hiccup. She was very sweet and brewed a perfect cup of tea for me to enjoy!

What an experience! They have a vast selection of teas to suit every taste. Kenny and another lady was so gracious and introduced me to all their products. I received tea education, got a tea sampling, and left with a wonderful wrapped gift for my friend. Such a lovely and calm place. Thank you Kenny for wrapping up my gift. I can’t wait to come back and sit down to enjoy tea.

Absolutely love this tea shop! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly, and the teas are simply fantastic. I always keep a bag of Violet Femme and Ancient Forest on hand, and my husband loves the English Breakfast. The day we got married (courthouse) we stopped by Zhi to try Vanilla Rose and pick up a new teapot to celebrate our wedding.

I always look for good quality Pu'erhs and found a few at Zhi Tea. Even better was that I could prepare my tea Gong Fu style, which improves the experience. The team is fantastic and there is such a peaceful atmosphere there. I know where to go when I'm in Austin, Zhi Tea. I also know where to order one of my favorite Pu'erh in the US!

This place is a gem! The lady working was so sweet and helpful. This was the perfect tea experience, if you like tea, you have to check it out and try the flight! It was $15 for 4 8 ounce glasses of fresh brewed tea of your choice, there were so many to choose from! They also offered honey syrup and the lady made us a stevia syrup with real leaves. It was definitely a 10/10 experience!!

Lovely space to sit and enjoy a pot of freshly brewed tea. I appreciate the atmosphere and work from here sometimes. The selection is vast and the staff are so helpful.
Love this place! They have dozens of organic tea options. They added pistachio milk which goes great with the matcha. You can buy any of the teas in bulk to take home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty, refreshing drink.

My favorite tea house in Austin and one of my favorite period. And I've been to a lot of tea houses. The tea is great, the staff is amazing, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Various sizes of tea for purchase, all great quality and huge selection. Also single serving or my favorite, tea flights for sampling a few. I've tried most of their teas at this point. Can't say enough great things about Zhi Tea.
