Love this place but what the heck is going on with it being closed ? I've driven plenty of times (I do not live in Austin) to several locations to find out that they are closed. Google maps says that they are open. Very disappointing. 5 stars for food but 2 stars for service. I would hope they would at least say something on their social media.

I was absolutely devastated to find out that their falafel and Ziki bites are now fried in beef tallow. As a lifelong vegetarian, I was so happy to find a great spot with healthy, fresh vegetarian options near my fitness studios. I had ordered several times and told many friends about how great this spot was. When ordering for pickup back in March, I saw a new note that these items are now fried in beef tallow. My heart sunk knowing 1. I had probably unknowingly consumed this animal product last time I ordered and 2. That I could never enjoy this tasty food again. I really hope they will reconsider and fry their vegetarian options in a plant-based oil so all can enjoy. I can assure you it tasted just fine before it was fried in animal fat. I reached out by email and social to share this feedback and never heard a response.
Vegetarian options: Unfortunately vegetarian options like falafel and Ziki bites are now fried in animal fat (beef tallow)

Was looking for a new place to find healthy options at in my neighborhood. Wow this place Ziki did not disappoint. I picked it up and food was very fresh, only had to wait 10 minutes for it to be ready. The staff is so kind and it was a great experience overall! Don’t overlook it as a late night only food spot.

Delicious lunch. Enough for two to share, easily. The Zurrito was huge. Tons of chicken, veggies, and sauce. The greek tallow fries were my favorite part of the lunch. Perfectly flavored with delicious warm feta cheese on top.Great meal. Friendly service.

Food is innovative, I like the fig spread but it is very overpriced. I paid $36 for a burger, Greek fries and a milkshake, as well as a $3 side of sauce which they left out. Cool to try it out but won’t repeat.

Brilliant little place. The Greek / Mexican fusion is quite unique and well done. I appreciated that the tzatziki is as strong and as thick as any you'd find in Greece (not the various watered down versions with lots of extra herbs). The "ziki" was also a great idea, a falafel like spanakopita (spinach and feta).

Amazing fusion of Greek food and Mexican. Really convenient location on South Congress, and nice seating options around. The best part is the nice people that work there, Niurka and Jaidy. We had a delicious lunch and really appreciated how clearly labeled all the options were as we are gluten free.
