Z'Tejas

Let me start by saying I would give this restaurant a 2 based on Andy the (GM) who was the host at the front door. He has absolutely NO personality. His greeting was cold. I made reservations a week in advance. He took us out to the patio it was sunny and hot and I had my 73 year old mother with us. Mind you this was MOTHER"S DAY!! It has been a long time since I’ve been to Z-Tejas and the first for this location which has a great patio overlooking the 360/Arboretum area. The food alone maybe would have gotten 3 stars with the chicken being tough and a little dry. Also, the food took a long time to arrive. I gave it 4 stars because of the great time with friends. The queso and guac were good as was the margarita. I miss the old Z-Tejas off Parmer but had a great time last night.
