Orlando runs an awesome staff, and his top gal Bettina is constantly wonderful with her patience for my never ending questions. “Pines Cafe in Jefferson has the best breakfast I've had in a very long time maybe even the best over all. Coffee was strong, homemade fluffy biscuits, gravy perfectly peppered, the French Toast light and fluffy and the hash browns perfectly fried (not too crunchy but not soggy). If I had to have a last meal it would be this breakfast all over again.”

“Excellent coffee drinks hot and iced. Excellent shaved ice snow cones. Even some sugar free flavors which is a plus plus for the diabetic crowd. Service was quick and friendly at the drive thru. Not to expensive either!!”

“This is in response to the recent 1 star review. That is a bit of a jerk move to give a 1 star rating unless everything is just really really bad. My husband and I have been here multiple times, and we have consistently received good service, have had excellent food, and no, there's no weird smell. It's a cute little small town place with good food and good people. I'd post pictures, but I face planted in my plate of fried chicken and mashed potatoes. By the time I finished my delicious cobbler, I was in a food coma and couldn't reach my phone.”
