Sonic Drive-In is a restaurant known for its good food and variety of options. The service is generally efficient and polite, often compared favorably to other similar establishments. Many customers have noted the friendly and courteous workers, with some highlighting the carhop Chelsea as super sweet and friendly. The location is clean, relaxing, and inviting, with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. However, there have been some isolated incidents of rude behavior from staff, particularly from a manager who was reported to have had an attitude when a customer sought clarification on an order. Additionally, there may be occasional issues with the parking speaker system. Customers have mentioned missing items, such as gravy for chicken strip meals, and have expressed a desire for more kid-friendly options, including toys.
