Well I don't recommend forcing your customers to pay a gratuity tip when the staff is rude and when they can't get your orders right and then send drinks to your table you didn't order , I also dont recommend putting your hair in your customers food because well that's just gross and unsanitary. 🤮 So please just stop all that. like now! I dont know about you but I like my food without hair . Thinking about it now just makes me want to puke all over again.
Food is great but customer service isn’t. Managers on duty look for ways to get out of responsibility of wait staff complaints
Villa del Sol has seriously delicious Mexican food! And a ton of options and specials too. I can find something for all of my kids that they will actually eat. The serrano queso is bomb, and honestly everything I’ve ever tried is SO good! I wish I could eat there every day, honestly!
