One of the more agitating experiences…. Neither gal seemed to know how to make their featured sandwiches. They didn’t have bread in stock and so I got a wrap since it was the closest thing to flatbread. The price on the chart was $9 and I was charged $16. Instead of comping the price like good customer service, I was told that was the price of the wrap… which I only ordered because they were out of the bread! Not gonna spend $20 on a wrap that was made poorly (couldn’t even shut it when she was trying to wrap it) Super slow service in addition. I have worked my fair share of service jobs, I get it. But whatever these workers are making, it somehow is too much. To DQ I go.

I eat at Subway a lot so I’m pretty familiar with the options and expect good hot food (they did not disappoint), but this store was exceptional for its people. Emily was great about answering questions on new menu items and went above and beyond to ensure my food was exactly as I wanted. Will definitely stop here again.

I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki toasted and the meat was still ice cold and I asked for it to be reheated and they refused. I spent 21.00 on the sandwich drinks and chips and I had to go across the street to Dairy Queen. Worst service/customer service ever. I was so hungry and and dissatisfied leaving there. I will never go there again. And the women were rude. And I don’t think they deserve even one star

Beware... ?BAD CHICKEN?Took rotisserie chicken sandwich back in and asked them to smell how bad it was, said her nose was stopped up and couldn't smell anything. I was concerned it would definitely make people sick. She pick up the pan of chicken and said the date was good and put it back down. She want to make another sandwich for me but I had lost my appetite! Got my money back with lots of attitude.

We just got 2 sub sandwiches and a breakfast flatbread. The 2 ladies that waited on us were very friendly. Very clean place. Wish they had people like that at every SubwayWe are truck drivers and it's nice to see a friendly face. Thank you. We will definitely be back.
