If you run out of pearls, you should update on the app or let me know in advance, otherwise, I won’t order it or I can order at different storef upthat has enough pearls for sale. The waiting line is too long even though the app shows ready. The services are not friendly and I feel really bad about the services regarding pearls running out without notifying me in advance. So bad! Disappointed!
Food was good, but it does take a while to drop the line at the window. They need to be a bit more efficient. Drive thru is awesome.
Ordered a Mocha Frappuccino and because the line was so long when they gabe me my drink it was already melted told them and all they did was put it in another cup REALLY? if yall cant handle a long line dont make the drinks right away or whatever and let them melt FIX IT RIGHT!!!!
