The salad was fresh, tasty and authentic comfort-food.
The location is easy to find, (and has a Drive-thru) Not a fancy place, but the menus, tables and bathrooms are clean. And the AC welcoming on a hot day!

I stopped by for lunch on my way through. The restaurant has a very nice small town diner feel with lots of local people eating. Prices are very affordable. I had the enchilada special and they were excellent. I usually prefer salsa verde on my enchiladas but these came with a red sauce that was very good. If you live here you probably already know about this place but if you are passing through like I was and looking for a good place to eat cheaply, this is it.
