Waited 10 minutes for them to get my order completely wrong. I ordered a whooper with no ketchup and no mayo with cheese. I got a whooper with double mayo, has ketchup, has lettuce and cheese, no onions, no pickles, no tomatoes. My wife's whopper was completely wrong. They tried to give me the wrong drink also. The bag had the complete correct order on it, but the completely incorrect order in the bag. Stay far far away from this terrible burger king.

I have Alpha-gal Syndrome so I order the Impossible Whopper cause it is plant based and not red meat. I ordered the Impossible Whopper the other day & when I got home, I ate a 1/3rd of it and noticed it was off. I threw the rest away and started feeling ill. They gave me a regular Whopper triggering my Alpha-gal Syndrome and now sick in bed after I reached out to my doctor. I have lost trust in this location.

I recently stopped by this Burger King with my younger brother, and while the overall experience was what you’d expect from a fast food place, one employee, i believe his name is hayden, truly made it memorable. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly friendly, spoke to us with genuine kindness, and even took a moment to chat with my brother and make him laugh, something that meant a lot to both of us. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such positive energy to their job, but this young man clearly cared about making customers feel appreciated. Thanks to him, what could’ve been just a quick bite turned into a really great experience. Big shoutout to that amazing employee, Burger King is lucky to have you!

Wanted something quick and hot; I don't normally eat fast food. I got neither Quick nor Hot. Included pic of the receipt for 2 reasons: 1. Time of order was 1:36pm. Food received at 1:49pm (it was probably sitting there getting cold while I waited); 2. To show the size of a regular burger - 3" in diameter. Note the other picture - what comes to mind is, "Where's the beef?" Next time, I'd choose Church's chicken because the wait time for food is because they're making it fresh and it's piping hot when you get it. This BK?!? Singing their jingle: BK... Be there all day... And it's cold! Never again for me!

There was no consumption in the place, my one star rating is for the terrible customer service, we were standing in front of the counter for about 15 minutes and the employees never attended to us, they totally ignored us so we had to leave the place and go to another restaurant. Bad and frustrating experience.
Over thirty minutes waiting for 1 burger and fry meal . I ended up leaving so I wouldn't be late going back to work everyone before me got there meals 5 or 6 people after had recieved their meals
