Wanted something quick and hot; I don't normally eat fast food. I got neither Quick nor Hot. Included pic of the receipt for 2 reasons: 1. Time of order was 1:36pm. Food received at 1:49pm (it was probably sitting there getting cold while I waited); 2. To show the size of a regular burger - 3" in diameter. Note the other picture - what comes to mind is, "Where's the beef?" Next time, I'd choose Church's chicken because the wait time for food is because they're making it fresh and it's piping hot when you get it. This BK?!? Singing their jingle: BK... Be there all day... And it's cold! Never again for me!

There was no consumption in the place, my one star rating is for the terrible customer service, we were standing in front of the counter for about 15 minutes and the employees never attended to us, they totally ignored us so we had to leave the place and go to another restaurant. Bad and frustrating experience.

Over thirty minutes waiting for 1 burger and fry meal . I ended up leaving so I wouldn't be late going back to work everyone before me got there meals 5 or 6 people after had recieved their meals

Order our food got it and it was cold took it Un and the manager was rude and was disrespectful and did not know what the word cold ment we asked for a refund and nearly argued over it threw the food away and gave our money back as she was not helping one bit

I love coming here but if yall can't open when your hours say you're open then change the hours... 1 hour after open and still ignoring people in the drive through is actually kinda messed up. And by the way I see yall hiding :/

Poor management. Waited for five minutes with the manager looking at me. I had to point out it had been five minutes before anyone took any notice. Update Oct 1: I've been waiting for 10 minutes for two cheeseburgers. Horrible service. After finally receiving my food, it was incorrect. Incompetence at it's finest.

Asked to speak with manager to talk with me about this - evidently they are just too busy to deal with customers! Inexcusable and I’d like to know who the franchise owner is?

I was there when Ron ordered and one he never ordered fries two the person that didn’t make his food was new employee on their first day on the job and maybe have patience with high schoolers entering the workforce no wonder nobody wants to work anymore they have to deal with people like you and yeah we saw the comments before you deleted your post and re uploaded it without the ability to comment

Ordered 2 tacos and fries online 10 minutes before arriving. They never started order until 5 minutes after I arrived. After 25 minutes of waiting around with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, they finally gave me my order and apologized for crushing the tacos. They refused to redo the order. Git home and found they did not put the fries in my order either
