Shoutout to Savannah at Subway! I have a tomato allergy but absolutely love Subway. Usually, changing gloves is enough, but Savannah went above and beyond to make sure my sandwich was made safely, using non-contaminated ingredients. Her attention to detail and effort truly made my day. This location consistently delivers great experiences, and today just solidified my loyalty. Thank you, Savannah, for your care and kindness!

Don't order on the online app. Because they aparently only read half the sandwich order. I didn't want toasted, got it toasted, and I didn't want sauce, but got sauce. Wasn't too pleased when my hubby arrived home with my soggy yet crunchy sandwich.

i don’t even know where to begin. i ordered online at 12:15 for pick up at 12:55, i got there at 1 and nothing had been made. i ordered two 6in sandwiches and a ft long cookie. they told me they were out of pickles so didn’t make that 6in at all, then proceeded to hand me the other 6in and told me “oh it’s made wrong”. so why are you handing it to me? make it correctly, i’m paying for it. on top of all of that i asked about my ft long cookie and she was extremely rude saying “well did you even order a cookie” when it’s on the receipt taped to the bag. i didn’t get my entire order until 1:30. the amount of careless, rude and inconsiderate people
is bizarre. i work in customer service so im aware how it gets sometimes, that’s just 100% not okay.

My order today, just like my order in March, had a few mistakes again. I requested honey oat bread and got regular bread. Same thing happened on my March order . I asked for my sandwich to be individual wrapped halves so I can put one half away for later very quickly. Did not happen, just like March order. Did get my jalapenos on the side. In March I did not get them at all. Ordered avocado slice today but got smashed avocado instead. Both orders were picked up for me so I do not see the mistakes until I get the order. Too many mistakes so will start ordering somewhere else.

Ordered thru app, live 15 min away, app says its ready and get there 30 min after ordering and it was not ready and they said they never started it...made excuses...called from parking lot for refund and they asked me to call back in 30 minutes. Horrible customer service, and they helo a brand new family they just walked in while my order was waiting to be made for 30 minutes.

While in Bandera, Subway seemed like a good solution for the little time we had. Well located, cool, the staff is very friendly and smiling.
The rest whether in Paris, Toulouse or New York Subway remains Subway ?

Sarah who waited on me was Awesome, she immediately acknowledged me as I walked up and advised it would be just a few minutes because she was working on orders that were ahead of mine. Sarah's ability to multi task was incredible, not only was she making 4 sandwiches at one time, she was also in constant communication with the customer who's order she was preparing, making sure that all ingredients were approved by thr customer before applying to the sandwich and at the same time Sarah was very patient with a new employee that she was training. I had my sandwich and was on my way in less than 5 minutes and it was made to perfection. Sarah you are a blessing to the subway corporation and to all customers that have the privilege of being waited on by you!!!!! Thank you Sarah for what you do!!!!

The employees here are great- at least the ones I have encountered. Good sandwiches, and friendly staff. Although many of the staff are great, I wanted to leave a 5 Star review specifically for Patrick. He is not only professional and friendly, but he goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service every single time. I appreciate the good service and good food at this location.
Although the coupon states "Any subway" they WILL NOT accept your coupon

this subway is wild , them workers are soooo lazy , it’s a whole other level ? the phone number here isn’t theirs like they don’t ever answer calls & they pretty much close an hour before the closing time ? they turn the drink machine & online orders off & everything. idek how this place is still running , only bandera has a subway this ghettoooo ? and to no suprise , i woke up with food poisoning
Look, this is just ridiculous they just threw handfuls of everything I asked for. Usually you'd be psyched if a subway hooked it up somewhat but when my sandwich consists of mostly sauce it gets to be a bit much. Management must disregard these reviews on account that my review is similar to a few others from months ago.

Took a family day trip and stopped at this Subway coming thru Bandera. Wife and I ordered the Protein Bowl. The guy there said he didn't know how to make it. He mentioned he was new and that he wasn't trained to make it.
We said that we will take the salad instead but then told us they were out of the salad bowls so it would be a smaller portion. We agreed on the portion size but asked if we could get a deal and not pay full price he agreed. Then the other worker who was out wandering around the store it was connected to which he said was gone for too long showed up and charged us full price. Train your people this was embarrassing and almost canceled my mea.
I gave it three stars only because when I came here for lunch it was under renovation. Otherwise the staff is fantastic and the food is fairly good. It will update when they reopen after the renovation.
