Update: Excellent Breakfast Tacos and the Green Salsa is Perfect!
Well, I noticed this new Taqueria, "Sylvia's," in Bartlett yesterday and I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they were Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I didn't get any food, but, I snapped a few photos. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town now that I know when they are open! For now, I going to give them a 3 Star Rating. Just because I haven't gotten to try the Tacos!

How many times have you stopped for breakfast tacos and found the whole Chuy's/Rosa's food totally lacking?This little place in Bartlett is NOT that!!! The breakfast tacos are authentic and soo amazing!!!I mean real by-Gawd chorizo,,, the carne guisada was fire,,,, the lemonade is with real lemons. A little family run taqueria and it shows !!! I'm going back for lunch!!

The only thing consistent is that the orders are always wrong. Not sure where the disconnect from the girl taking the orders to the few steps to the kitchen comes from but it’s annoying. Wish they took the time to make fresh tortillas and use quality ingredients. Being the only spot in Bartlett that makes tacos, they could step it up and kill the game especially with the amount of truckers passing thru the area.Food-meh.Service-needs work.

Ordering this time around was not easy or smooth. Found out the hard way that this place is inconsistent and a hit or miss! This was no way near the bacon double cheeseburger I gotten a few days ago! That’s important to me especially if I’m paying $13 so that’s two stars gone and another one gone because the price was different also. But the guy still took my $13 after I mentioned it??♂️. I guess I can only come here only when Silvia’s working or cooking.

Amazing Hamburgers ? and Tacos ?!! 10/10 great spot to stop by and grab lunch, there's no dine in only take out! Highly recommend ? and prices are cheap l, I got 4 full meal Hamburgers for only $30! And super delicious ?
We dropped by in the first week of opening, before reviews could be left. This food is absolutely amazing. Service is phenomenal and quick! First time newcomers be warned, unless you sit at one of the tables outside, this is not a dine in restaurant. That isn't a complaint though, just a friendly heads up. We love this place and have been regulars ever since our first visit.
