This was our first time at Tokyo Samurai, and we had the best experience! The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. They really went above and beyond. The only con was that they only had 2 chefs, so we waited a little longer than if they had more. However, that did not reflect on the quality of food or service. Highly recommend!
Had large take out order. They got it all correct and it was ready promptly. Everything we had was delicious. Will definitely be coming back often. Can't wait to eat in and enjoy the full experience.
SUE is amazing! We miss the old staff, but she makes this place so fun and unforgettable! She has high standards and takes pride in managing this restaurant. We have observed her kindly correcting the staff and holding them accountable. Ask her to get the drum out and sing happy birthday- you won’t regret it!!!!
