Stopped by on my way to Austin. This place is AMAZING. Very authentic!!! Had a torta and the bolillo was so good, reminded me of the fresh bolillos I buy in Mexico when I visit :,) I wish I could go back but the drive from Dallas is too far :( Definitely recommend to anyone driving by on your way to Austin/College Station!!

I can’t say enough good things about Lab C. The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food… the food is absolutely phenomenal!!! Whether you dine in or take it to go. I get the beef stir fry plate and sub in fried rice. It’s amazing, and I crave it way too often.. Eat here! You won’t regret it!!!

I have lived right next door to this place for 3 years and I always get the breakfast tacos. They have always been good. Today though, I decided to give their weekend carnitas a try. I was always hesitant to order them because I felt like they might not be authentic, since they are very fast pace and located inside the store. Boy! Was I surprised! They were some of the best carnitas I have tried, and will definitely be going back for more! This place is definitely a hidden GEM!
