edit: year later still they dont have what I want. so i went through drive thru again asked for a random flavor they said its out. i figured it out. they do this to make you drive off thinking you come for only 1 thing and will just leave if dont have it.

Ordered 2 cups with 2 scoops each and the young girl asked if we wanted lids. We said yes. My husband asked for spoons. The girl replied "What...you don't have spoons at home?" Apparently there was only one spoon left in the cup and his request would require her to go to the back and restock. He waited for the second spoon. Horrible customer service.

After reading some of the reviews, I had to stop in and see how things were running. They were right, slow service. The apple fritters had no apple, just cinnamon and frosting. And they didn't even have prepacked pralines and cream ice cream. What Baskin Robbins would not have pre-packed? Pralines and cream!

Went in to buy an ice cream cake for my grandsons birthday, no one greeted me, couldn’t get the attention of workers to answer questions. Finally I just took one out of the freezer and still no one came to check me out. The young lady who finally checked me out did not greet me, I had to say hello twice to get a response. If that wasn’t bad enough, the cake was awful, no flavor, seemed old and stale, for $30 I expect more. Won’t be returning to this location.

Twice in the past month I've come to this location and asked for butter pecan. They were out. Today, I asked for Buttered pecan and they said they had it. However when I receive my double scooped waffle cone, it was nothing close to butter pecan. They gave me pralines and cream, I guess it had caramel in it. Now I see they are just giving you what they have without asking. That is not acceptable. Then they would not answer the phone. On top of that, they stopped giving pup cups.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time by the young lady at the ice cream side around 4:20pm 1/27. Terrible! Rude from the moment we walked in. When handing me my ice cream she flipped the top , picked it back up, replaced the whip cream topping, handed me a dirty cup. I had to get napkins to clean it up myself. I was going to tell her don’t worry , did not want anymore but decided to just leave it alone. We went to order a drink by the donut side. The young man was very pleasant and professional. We were still there , drink came out very quickly. The rude pitiful person came back and asked why we were still there, our drink was already called on the other side and rudely told us to go get it . That was my breaking point. Obviously this was our first time, a person with good customer service would have simply handed it to us. When you have people like that working for you all they do is bring down your business. She simply does not care! Find better help. This is the Bastrop location off Highway 71.

Stopped by for a breakfast sandwich and a couple of drinks. Order was placed on the counter at different times. Order number 9985, the number one of the young ladies called. It was my coffee, my daughter and I sat a waited for them to complete the order and call us when it's complete. We wait and wait, I look up, and what I think is our order, but no one is saying anything. I walk up and take a guess seeing the order numbers match, but no one called out the number. I asked if my order was ready, and the heavy set Hispanic young lady responded as if she was annoyed. She reads out the number loudly and I tell her, I know the number, my question is, is this order complete? I mean, you call out the number for an incomplete order and then the remaining order you just place it on the counter and not say a damn thing. There was like a 8 minute gap with other customers who had ordered before us. All the more reason I rarely visit this place.
