Came here after the gym wanting to grab a protein shake. The shakes are good, albeit a little pricey for the quality, especially if you get any of the add ons.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the space itself is welcoming and you could hang out while you cool off if you'd like to. Not a bad spot by any means, I'd be curious to try their protein waffles or smoothie bowls.

I’ll start with saying Herbalife products everywhere so assuming that’s the protein in their food/drinks. FYI It is not recommended for pregnant women so I didn’t even finish my shake which was a fancy protein shake so if you want a treat it’s not bad but pricey. The waffle was dry and wouldn’t have again. My husband had one of the smoothie bowls and that would be the only thing we’d come back for - but asking if there was any Herbalife products in it.
Everytime I come here it’s just such a peaceful atmosphere. Customer service 100/10 love it here

I love the Blue Hawaii drink and the Florida sunrise the owner and the employees have always treated me really nice they have a nice little seating area in there including a couch I highly recommend the place
