Went in the middle of the afternoon. Food was very good. I got Shrimp scampi, lentil soup, and Hummus and they were all good.

Food was pretty good. The hostess was rude. Cute inside but dated and a bit worn.

We were there for a group meeting. The "party" room was nice. The service was great. Fast, friendly and accurate. The food was great. I had the eggplant parmesan. It was so flavorful, crunchy crusted, great sauce. I so want to go back and have it again. And again. And again. It is that good!. The mixed squash side was just right. And I had the tomato basil soup. Another stand out. I could have had twice as much. We did not have desert but I bet it was tasty also. Although we did not have to pay as it was a sponsored meal, the prices were more than reasonable for what we received. I would gladly have pain the price of my meal and felt that I got the better end of the deal. This is a place that you should try. It will be a place you go back to again and again. The eggplant still calls me!Dietary restrictions: My sister and I are on a heart healthy diet. What a delight that nothing was overly salty! So hard to find meals these days that are not saturated in salt. None of our choices were too salty. None! How wonderful

This place is trying hard to be an upscale Italian restaurant. It fails miserably. Walked in and despite being the only person in the lobby and lots of empty tables, it took the hostess several minutes to even walk by to find a customer waiting. Once seated and order placed I find I'm being looked over by one of the staff's (owner?) young children! Hello, child labor!Down graded to one star due to owner trying to gaslight me. Yes this is the right place. Bastrop TX, you had a young boy and girl (A best they where in middle school!!) servicing tables, refilling water and bussing! You're a disgrace trying to obfuscate your way out of this. I didn't even go into the food but hey they responded to my review saying I had the wrong place to deflect. Your dolmas had mushy rice, and the chicken and shrimp, in the creamy chipotle sauce, where over cooked.

First time and it was a good experience with food. The appetizers and main was really tasty. Only disappointment was the time, they took an hour to serve! The server was hassled as she was alone with many customers during lunch hrs yesterday.

I've been coming here for years, I is a simple little neighborhood restaurant , small business More of a spot for the locals. The staff is always warm an friendly. I've eaten many things from the menu here somethings are hit other are miss. But that is my own preference and taste. I personally love the spaghetti, the bowl is huge and it is HOT until the last bite Ive come to realize ive never left them a review after all these years.

It's a cozy little place tucked away in bastrop right off the highway. I called and asked if they were serving gyros still and they said it's usually a lunch item but they could make them for me. The meat and the pita bread was GREAT! plus the mint taziki sauce was a different take on it.

Sign says Cedars Grill. Italian and Mediterranean is in smaller letters. So if you don't see that, you might think barbecue or burgers and steaks, bu really good Italian food!!!! We ear there at least once whenever we're in Bastrop.
