I went today, 4/18/25, around 7 pm, and apparently Emma served me. She was super friendly and attentive, and gave me my perfect order. The bad thing was that the young lady who had the badge of being the trainor was very rude to her. When she asked something, she told her that wasn't her job. As far as I know, that's what a trainor is for. Besides her angry expression, it seemed like she was forced to work.

I went through the drive-thru and had two separate orders. No problem, got first order and was told other order would be out shortly. Since I was paying cash for the second order, my money was taken, and I received my change. Then I waited, waited some more. By this time my first order was getting cold. Then some little prissy girl came out and asked if she could help me. I explained that I hadn't received my second order, and I had the receipt in hand. She looked inside my car and said what about that. I explained that was my first order and here was my receipt for my second order. She acted like I was lying. She did return with my order but I must say, she is the rudest person I have encountered at Chick-fil-A.
