Never expected fast food be fresh, healthy, and yummy! But they nailed it! The stuff is friendly also delightful! Clean and well organized. Play room for kids looks fun! Fresh flowers on each table! Good ESG concept with recollecting unused condiments.
The grill sandwich: tomato, lettuce fresh++ Kale salad: small side but great and tasty! ( Can order gluten free bun)
Staff: she was cleaning the table and saw us walk in to an open table, came immediately to ask if she can wipe the table! After we got food, she came and ask us how is the food and gave the information that you can order gluten free buns! And the buns come in separate package! So good sanitization!
Customers: lunch time it was. Full of happy high schoolers. Drive through: always full with cars at all time!
Good display of their faith, there's promo of family events in the store they have! Even a STEM explorer nights for kids to discover math, science, engineering! Honestly never ever have I seen a fast food place that do this much extra! ( And I have beend to 40+ countries lived more than 6!)

I love my chick fil a. Everyone is so nice, the food is always hot, good and consistent. Only place in town with a play place, and they are always catering to all the kids in Bastrop, but are never agitated. These employees are saint, I swear!

I thought this company prides itself on being a Christian company, and all about the customer service? Not the case, I came into this location today because I'm moving my 75 year old mom to Florida, and I came in with my backpack, a bag with gifts and a small gift bag and a water bottle. Apparently I looked to homeless to warrant a good morning or welcome in, and then the young girl behind the counter looked at me and couldn't stop long enough to get my order, took a nother nice young lady to come out from the back to come help me. Shame on this location, corporate should really come give them some customer service lessons and treat everyone regardless.of economic status with respect and dignity.

My fries were way too salty and therefore I couldn’t eat half of my food. It was drive-through so no chance to get them swapped out. :(
Stopped on my way home from AUS airport and ordered on the app. They had my meal out in just a couple minutes. and Peppermint Chip shakes are back!

I ordered the chicken tortilla soup, got a bean soup and no tortillas in it. A few hours later I suffered the worse acid reflux I have ever had. Also the drink was the wrong size.

Great place for chicken nuggetts or strips. The kale salad is also very good. I never had a person not be polite at a Chixk-fi-A. So many fast food places need to take lessons from this chain. Good prices, fresh food, and friendly people. If you never visited, give them a try. They still have the best service of any fast food restaurant. 11/2025
