I had a great experience with Michael G. I have been greeted by Michael for quite some time through the Chick-fil-A drive-through in Bastrop. Recently, the Bastrop store has added a food truck at my job(very convenient for us THANK YOU!!)And to my surprise this nice young man is serving me at my job!Michael always has a smile on his face.He always makes me feel like I’m top priority. Even though it’s only fast food, he takes his job very seriously. He seems very motivated and such a go getter!I Just wanted to take the time to shout out this wonderful young man Michael and great crew!This is what customer service is about!

They always forget something. Had to wait in line again to grab missing stuff. Not the first time btw, this happens too often
I went today, 4/18/25, around 7 pm, and apparently Emma served me. She was super friendly and attentive, and gave me my perfect order. The bad thing was that the young lady who had the badge of being the trainor was very rude to her. When she asked something, she told her that wasn't her job. As far as I know, that's what a trainor is for. Besides her angry expression, it seemed like she was forced to work.
