The chicken was small and cold when I got it put Shock Me it's the first time that's ever happened the second time the chicken was still very small and I kind of felt like they just threw it in the fryer for a minute and gave it back raspberry disappointed

Not sure what is going on at chicken express, but three times in the last two weeks the chicken strips in the #1 combo regular have been so salty they were almost inedible. Considering the price, I may not be going back.

I love chicken express, it is my favorite chicken place. I get the same thing every single time, but my order is never the same price. The drive through speaker is absolutely the worst. Its like im talking to an adult from Charlie Brown (if you know you know). Employees are not enthused to be there, and sometimes my chicken fingers are extremely small, practically big nuggets. When paying over 30 dollars I would hope it would feed everyone, but sometimes it doesn't because the tenders are tiny on occasion.

The only reason I gave it only 3 stars is because I have to go to the bank and take out a loan before I can afford to eat this. I was in a friend's car when he ordered this. He asked if I wanted anything but I had to laugh since the banks were already closed. Other than the price the chicken is phenomenal.

I guess the usual story of waiting 30 minutes for a 12 piece order of chicken while they hand out order after order after order through the drive-through this isn’t right they’re giving away chicken that should’ve been in my order to other people coming up. Very upset with the staff they don’t care at all

Don, the drive thru attendant, was awesome. Great sense of humor and he is a top notch employee! People like him make the world a better place. Service was quick, and food was yummy.
A great alternate to the regulars. Both the chicken tenders and chicken are tasty! The tea is delicious. They often run out of legs.

Picked up food tonight in Bastrop. Had to wait 20 mins for regular tenders. Got the food home and the tenders were nugget-sized, all but 1 was old and inedible - as in jerky and almost couldn’t bite through. The green beans and roll were good at least. Their tea is tan water and way too sweet. Idk why I keep giving this place money. The staff are nice, but the food quality is terrible - especially for what they charge. Probably better off driving to Golden Chick in Elgin.
